Advice Followed
I have been M.I.A. from Earth 2.0 for a minute…but for the best reason. In April I took the MasterMind class with Patrick Porter. I was at a place where I wasn’t sure if I should pursue art as a career or continue with the business I had created. The answer was “do both”. Plough a new business model for this new evolution of Earth. Honestly, that seemed crazy. How was I going to do that? I was feeling taxed and overwhelmed by the prospect of running TWO separate businesses. So, I got busy with my art. Mostly because it fuels me and puts me into a flow state that frees my mind. If you are an artist, you realize that inspiration can be a fickle beast and when you are in the current of creation, you had better ride the tide. So I jumped on my surf board and rode. I had what I am calling an “art attack”. Inspiration found me and my eyes saw possibilities in raw materials. I have ideas stacked up. I am creating more than ever and the work feels inspired. But, here is what else happened…when I kept myself in a prolonged state of creative flow, people became attracted to me. I have been trying to get my topical vitamins into stores. I received so many “no’s” or even worse, silence. But when I was vibrating at a higher level because of the art, they came to me. I received a call from the store I wanted to be carried in the most… out of the blue. They said they found my sample box in the back room and decided to use them and they love them so much they wanted to place an order….WHAT?!? Yes!! Then my social media began to gain followers without me doing a song and dance to attract them. Then the orders started to come in! OUT OF NOWHERE!! So, I have sectioned my days into a schedule that is perfectly aligned to me! Vitamins in the AM and art in the evening. The art takes care of my vibration and the vitamins my purpose. This is the business model for a new earth. One where joy is scheduled into the day. Intentionally. Thanks Fairy for the nudge and thanks Patrick for the possibilities.

That's amazing. @Christine Leonard . Congratulations! It's so nice to see the stories of others following their heart play out. It's so beautiful. Thank you very much for sharing.
A Gift for Your Nervous System — And an Invitation for Your Heart
Beautiful Earth 2.0 Family, We live in a world that constantly pulls our attention outward. More information. More stimulation. More notifications. More reasons to stay busy. Yet some of the greatest transformations happen when we pause long enough to listen inward. Research continues to show that states of compassion, gratitude, and connection can positively influence stress physiology, heart-rate variability, emotional regulation, oxytocin release, and overall well-being. When we intentionally hold caring attention for another human being, we don’t just impact them—we change our own internal state as well. Today, I’d like to invite us into a simple community practice. Take 60 seconds. Think of someone in this community. Maybe it’s someone whose post inspired you. Maybe it’s someone navigating a challenge. Maybe it’s someone you’ve never met. For one full minute, hold them in genuine compassion. No fixing. No advice. No attachment. Simply wish them well. See them healthy. See them thriving. See them becoming who they are capable of becoming. Then, if you feel called, leave a comment below with ONE thing you are grateful for in your life right now—as if it has already happened. Not what you want. What you are already grateful for. The nervous system responds differently to gratitude than it does to longing. Gratitude signals safety, abundance, and enoughness. It shifts attention from what is missing to what is present. Let’s create a field of appreciation together. As a gift for this community, we’re also sharing something special. This is our private 8-Minute Nervous System Reset experience that we recently used during our NeuroVizr Light Journey at the Beyond Conference. Until now, it has not been publicly available. Use it when you feel stressed.Use it before sleep.Use it before an important meeting.Use it anytime you need to reconnect with yourself. Your only invitation: 1. Listen to the recording. 2. Leave one gratitude below. (to someone or something) 3. Spend 60 seconds holding compassion for another community member 4. Small practices repeated consistently create extraordinary change.

I am grateful for this life and everything I'm blessed with in it. And today I'm also grateful for the opportunity to continue growing beyond what I thought was possible.
Validation
I've been doing a lot of work in this area lately. In meditation I have gone back to try and discover why I didn't get it growing up. Now I see it. But as an adult, I still feel like I need validation for doing what I want to do, putting effort into the things I feel are important, and even with the relationships I decide to build. Self doubt seems to creep in and make me question things. So that was my first area of attack: self esteem & self worth. I have built some. I'm not where I want to be YET but I will keep going. That still leaves the validation, just hanging out there... Two nights ago I asked the universe to help me understand validation and how it works in my life. When I woke up, I had an answer. It was as bright and shiny in my mind as a brand new sunrise, and it went like this: "The validation you're seeking from the outside world does not exist. The only validation that is real is the validation that you give yourself. That is the only type of validation that matters." And that was a relief to come to that understanding. Honestly, it made me realize on a deeper level that the work that I choose to do is the validation. The people that I choose to have in my life are the validation. The way that I choose to be and respond to life is my validation.

Menopause Symptoms and Crazy Cycle in my head.
Idk how women do this without medication. The pharmacy has been out of my progesterone and previously my estradiol for weeks, my rx is a week late on the progesterone this time. I’ve lost all contact with my center, peace, calm, etc. All I wanna do is run away but I can’t run away from myself. I’m still miserably here chasing my family away, irritating everyone around me… I sit here crying because last night I spent the evening complaining and being annoyed by their presence. I hate the way I’ve been treating them. It’s me I really don’t like. I remember feeling this way before meditation and not knowing it was possible to feel better. If you pray, pray for me… otherwise, I’ll take any advice for getting through the next 36 hours without it until it arrives.

@Nicole Bowling I must say I really like that term, "dirty carnivore." I might have to use that. Is that meal plan working for you? How is your nutrition overall?

@Nicole Bowling That is excellent. Nutrition definitely helps with hormonal and emotional regulation too. It helps with overall stress & anxiety. It just makes it easier to ground and not get so worked up over things.
The chrysalis
What a gift it is to be 55. I am entering my crone phase of being a woman and I am so excited. It’s made me reflect on who I am now and the wisdom I’ve gathered. One thing I think we need to talk about more is menopause. A woman’s life is segmented into phases. The changes to her body are no less than miraculous and create a metamorphosis akin to a caterpillar to a butterfly. Many generations ago, the older women in a girls life walked her through puberty and then again through the transformation into motherhood. Those two transitions change a girl into a woman and a woman into a mother. Physical changes are evident and the hormonal fluxes cement the creation of a whole new person. But there is another chrysalis of change in a woman’s life. Menopause. In this youth obsessed culture we have tried to hide or fix the transition from a woman/mother to a crone. Even the word crone emits images of a spinster witch. But that is so far from truth. It’s when feminine energy becomes its strongest. We try to fight the chrysalis of becoming a matriarchal elder to stay young. This is a mistake we need to correct. We as women need to walk each other through this. Our gender was never meant to walk alone. We have forgotten that we communicate with our intuition and we commune with plants as our tribes alchemist of health. The transition to crone is a recalibration, a level up. Let’s celebrate it.

I see you @Christine Leonard. You are a fantastic magical creature. I also think this phase should be celebrated. To watch these strong women become so beautifully attuned to their bodies has been amazing. It has made me want to pay more attention to my own, to listen and tune in and be more intuitive about what my body's needs are. But this is fully a lesson I learned, and I take from women such as this. Thank you for sharing.

@Christine Leonard I hope so. I can say, in all honesty, one of the most powerful experiences I've ever had was helping my daughter be born. It definitely changed me as a person and as a man. To see first hand the miracle of life, I was in total awe. And I like to think that my personal development affects Lila in a positive way, and I think it does. But I'm the biggest cheerleader of the ladies. Miracle workers all!!!
