Number Warming
Almost done with a custom workflow that will "hopefully" be a custom number warmer! I need FIVE people that have at least 5 numbers/prompts that they can use. The idea is that we will have 30 numbers that will call and take calls from each other from all over the US. These call durations will vary mimicking real conversations that will boost your reputation and keep you out of spam. Once I pilot it I will open it up for anyone else that wants/needs it. Yeah I've had to reset my off several times lately not sure why. Jordan maybe you can look into this one minute it's working and literally like seconds later it doesn't work @Jorden Williams
This is an odd one!
For the past 2 days, my client’s concierge bot has been disconnecting once the user books an appointment. Use case: Ex: user is in full convo with bot, back and forth: everything dandy.✅ The user books an appointment- the bot booked and confirmed the appointment: awesome!✅ ( what it’s build to do) But then a minute later the user asks a questions and bot is nowhere to be found even after many pings… ❌ I haven’t changed anything on my WF. Was working find up to a few days ago Any possibilities come to mind?

Yeah I think you're going to continue to have issues small ones here and there that we can't find because the community is growing so quickly. Very difficult to catch some of these small things
Guest Caller Fixes
One of my clients received a guest caller as a contact in GHL, which means that an inbound call was made to the Ai from a different phone number. The contact name was "Guest Caller83931d13e99..." and the Ai picked up the call and said, Hello "Guest Caller83931d....." and proceeded to say the whole number out. Question: How do I fix this?

Looking for Insights on Outbound Call Performance
Hey everyone, I’d really appreciate some guidance. Over the past 30 days, my AI assistant made around 850 outbound calls. Out of all those calls, only three resulted in actual conversations where the contact picked up and engaged. The rest were either voicemails (about 80%) or no answers/failed dials (about 20%). I know most of these were cold leads, so I expected lower conversion, but I assumed at least 20-30% would pick up. Clearly, I was way off. Here’s what I’m trying to understand: How are some of you generating strong revenue numbers with outbound calling? Are you seeing better answer rates? Are your leads warmer? Is there a specific strategy or setup that improves pickup and engagement? If you’re open to sharing your stats or what’s been working for you, I’d be extremely grateful. I’d like to learn more so I can better position and explain outbound calling strategies to my clients. Thanks in advance!

All you can really do is make sure your numbers are being rotated. Monitoring the best times when people are picking up. Put things in drip. And constantly optimize the different transitions throughout the conversation. I find pick up rates are normally 10 to 15% including voicemails. We ran a small test campaign 3,000 leads booked three appointments spent 30 bucks. Definitely 100% work better on warmer leads!
