Anyone played around with the WhatsApp automations much? Wondering if I should use it instead of sms for my clients leads.

Who is in the plumbing niche here ?
A few years back, I operated a home services company with aspirations of becoming the ultimate one-stop shop. However, we became overstretched and hemorrhaged funds, leading to closure in 2021 despite achieving around $4 million in annual revenue, $1.8 million of which stemmed from water filtration services. Fortunately, amidst the challenges, we birthed our own water filtration brand. Now, I'm gearing up to pivot towards assisting plumbing companies in seamlessly integrating water filtration into their existing operations, should they opt for it. Our foray into home services didn't yield the positive reception we hoped for. However, there are compelling reasons why plumbing companies should consider incorporating water filtration into their offerings: 1. High Profit Margins: Water filtration services offer significant profit potential. Out of the 1.8M in water filtration sales in 2021 around 1.3M was gross profit. 2. Clear Benefits: The advantages of water filtration are easily justifiable to customers. 3. Annual Customer Engagement: Providing water filtration services gives plumbing companies a reason to maintain regular contact with their clientele. We're currently developing a comprehensive package that includes hands-on training, akin to the early days of Gymlaunch. Our brand is " plumbing Guard " https://plumbing-guard.com/solutions . new site is not yet complete yet. If you're in the plumbing industry and intrigued by this opportunity, feel free to reach out via direct message.

Uni/Business. Balance or burn the ships?
Over the past 2-3 months, I've devoted all my free time to researching how to start my own business, immersing myself in YouTube videos, courses, and online communities. However, I often find myself filled with self-loathing when I consider the time I've spent without taking action. This internal struggle is something I'm actively combating, as I've always been someone who takes decisive action when pursuing my goals. Despite this, I can't shake the underlying belief that even if I commit fully to action, something will always hold me back. This "something" is a complex mix of factors, including limiting beliefs about money influenced by my family and the economic context of my country. These thoughts, compounded by other limiting beliefs, are further complicated by my enrollment in college. I believe the later is the thing that is holding me back the most from taking action, because I can't see myself as someone who makes thousands online while also keeping the identity I have now from the last 4 months since I started college(in order to reach that point I have to "re-invent" myself essentially). I am very slightly considering dropping out in the near future, unless I get success early on and I have a clear path infront of me, though I am making this post because I would like to hear from someone with a similar experience and I am open to reconsider what I will do. One things is certain: I wont settle. Really appreciate if anyone drops their opinion on this ๐Ÿ™Œ. (edit) I added the pic for transparency reasons I donโ€™t want to be a faceless random coming into this community. Really seems like a promising place with like minded people.

@Efstratios Pantoulas Yeah 100% how is the economy in Greece anyways ? There is so much you can learn and execute online right now that can give you a way better ROI on your time. Good Luck man , getting an engineering degree will always be there for you as your plan B or C . But if you have the drive , plan A will work for you.

@Efstratios Pantoulas I would say move quickly, its ok to " dabble / tinker" and try different things . This process will just help you collect data and give yourself feedback. Things are also changing quite quickly as well ( internet wise ) - For free courses I'd say this is one of the best ones - https://www.acquisition.com/training Ultimately you need experience to figure out what your good at and what your actually enjoy doing. One thing I have learned is that the difference between high & lower performers is the speed of their ability to make a decision and take action.

bro - do it the Old school way . Google your target locations ( you can even google multiple cities , towns etc ) make an excel sheet of name , location, phone number , email . And run cold outreach that way at least you have multiple ways of getting a hold of them. If they are running a proper medspa they should 110% answer the phone.
