Looking for a Freelance AI Wizard
Hey Everyone! Similar to some of the posts I have seen in the Community, I am a Small Business Owner and starting my AI Journey. As an Entrepreneur, I have a large reach and connection with a lot of other Small Businesses in the area. I am looking to target mainly Trades Businesses (Plumbers, Electricians, etc) and also Gyms. I am looking for an AI Developer who can create the ultimate AI Package to be able to offer Local Businesses in my area (the big one being the AI Receptionist), among other tools to help with growth and efficiency. For anyone interested please respond to this post and we can take it from there I hope! Thank you all for your time.

I can totally relate to what you’re working on, when I started building AI systems for my online business, I faced the same struggle finding the right person who could actually bring the vision to life. Getting proper guidance and working with an expert completely changed everything for me, it made the setup smoother and the results more predictable. which part of your AI setup do you feel needs the most help right now, building the system itself or connecting it to business tools like CRMs? I actually know someone who’s an expert in building AI systems for local businesses, he helped me set up mine and has supported a few others here too. If you wouldn’t mind, I can share his profile link with you @Alec Abend
What’s stopping you from making real progress right now?
When I first stepped into the digital space, I thought success would come quickly. I tried a lot of things, jumped from one strategy to another, only to end up overwhelmed and frustrated. I was busy but not productive, and it felt like I was running in circles. Things only started changing when I slowed down, got clear on my direction, and focused on one system that actually worked. Since then, consistency and guidance have been my biggest game changers, and that’s exactly what’s been working for me so far. Now, here inside this community, I want to make this space more than just another online community. Let’s make it a place where we talk honestly about what’s holding us back and exchange ideas that actually move us forward. So let me ask you: What’s been bothering you or stopping you from getting things done in the digital space? Is it a lack of focus, clarity, tech skills, confidence, or something else? And what’s one small win you’ve had recently that others can learn from? Share your thoughts below. Every time someone opens up here, it helps someone else break through too. Let’s turn this space into the one that helps all of us grow, together.

Stop scrolling, your next breakthrough could start here.
When I first started in the digital space, I often felt like I was spinning my wheels. I tried every strategy I came across, but nothing seemed to stick. What finally worked was identifying what truly moved the needle for me and then doubling down on it consistently. Small wins built on small wins, and over time, I started seeing real momentum. Now I want to open the floor to all of you. Let’s exchange ideas that can actually change the game for us as we grow together. Where are you right now in your digital journey, just starting out, building momentum, or looking to scale? What has been working for you so far, even in small ways? What’s blocking you from getting consistent results or reaching your next milestone? Share your answers in the comments. The goal isn’t just to talk, it’s to discover approaches, strategies, and insights that someone else in this community has already tested and can help all of us move forward faster. Your experience matters, your challenges matter, and your voice might spark the idea that changes everything for someone else here.

@Binh Pham Thanh, That’s powerful, thanks for sharing. I like how you framed AI as a way to amplify rather than replace your voice, that’s a mindset a lot of people miss. The “small wins” approach really resonates too, because consistency compounds faster than we realise. I’m curious, when it comes to your AI Branding Agents Hub, do you see it being more useful for people already running businesses (like eCommerce owners, coaches, service providers), or are you also shaping it for beginners who are just stepping into the digital space?
The most powerful thing I’ve learned about AI agents isn’t the tech: it’s the leverage they create.
Over the past few months, I’ve been diving deep into AI agents and how they can actually save time, automate repetitive tasks, and even create new income streams. One of my biggest goals has been to free up more time while still growing my projects. What surprised me most is how much easier things get when you combine the right tools with clear workflows, especially with resources like the free templates and course videos in this community. Here’s the benefit I’ve noticed: once an agent is set up properly, it doesn’t just “do a task.” It creates leverage. And leverage is what really compounds results, whether you’re building something for yourself or offering solutions to others. I’m curious: What’s been your main focus so far in building AI agents, personal productivity, business automation, or something else? Would you like me to share some of the setups and strategies that are working really well for me right now? Excited to hear your experiences and goals, too, because that’s where the real breakthroughs happen.

@Tom Fairhall, I totally get you. I was in the same spot when I first started. At one point, I was super frustrated too and felt like I was just spinning my wheels. What really changed things for me was when I got connected with a mentor (through someone here in this Skool, actually). He helped me set everything up properly and showed me how to make the most of the tools without wasting hours guessing. For me, one of the most useful automations has been having an agent handle lead follow-ups and task scheduling. It saves me so much time and keeps things moving even when I’m not around. If you wouldn’t mind, I can connect you with him; he’d be more than glad to help you out, too. Want me to?
I have a Question 🤚🤚
So when building a voice agent on vapi, which is better; using the native google calender that is in vapi to create event and check availability OR just building everything on n8n and connecting it to your vapi voice agent.

@Emmanuel Mahiagu, Thanks for sharing this. It’s a good point about the limitations of the native Google Calendar integration. Out of curiosity, what are you mainly working on? Are you building an eCommerce store, automation tools, or something else in the digital space?

@Emmanuel Mahiagu, That’s really interesting! Voice AI agents are gaining momentum right now, with many businesses starting to explore them. Are you thinking of building them for your own projects, or more as a service for other companies?
