Hello ladies - I feel like I am late to this However, my win has been owning the fact that I'm going through an emotional wave for the last two weeks. Despite personal setbacks, I'm still showing up for myself at the gym and learning to understand my mind and body when it requires to rest.

Happy New Year beautiful ladies! I hope 2026 is full of bliss and an abundance of love, happiness and positivity for you all. Thank you so much Ramy for the recent training that you had conducted. I apologise sincerely that I was not able to be present. However, I watched the entire training while I was on the treadmill yesterday afternoon and you have made me more determined to work towards my goals this year. I've completed the reflection questions today to help me understand what 2025 looked like for me and what I need to consider this year to continue the journey of becoming resilient. 1. What challenges stretched me emotionally in 2025 - Reality of friendship circles evolving e.g. no longer resonate or align with certain friends, growing out, silent heartaches - Learning how to put myself first and talking positively about myself. E.g. I’m used to always holding space for other and I’ve forgotten how to do that for myself. - Learning about my fears towards rejection, judgement and failure. E.g. holding my back from creating my own business for counselling services. - Healing my inner child and childhood wounds e.g. learning to let go and make peace with memories that I have been holding onto that is not my reality. 2. How did I actually respond under pressure? - I can become emotionally dysregulated by not speaking up or staying quiet with the thoughts I may have. - If it’s out of my capacity – I might need to vent to a family member or a friend because I just need to talk it out and be heard. 3. Where did I surprise myself with strength? - Sudden decision to leave my job for another role (mid year) that was more promising. Now 5 months into my new role – I feel more valued and appreciated for my work and the work culture is so welcoming and accommodating. - Navigating emotional hurdles with family and myself. Connected with a counsellor to unpack it. 4. What patterns did I notice when things got hard? (withdraw, control, people-please, overwork)

I promise I haven't been hiding ladies haha I've kept to task, downloaded Hinge and Bumble to intentionally put myself out there and go beyond the fear of rejection. I've had some matches, conversations, no dates just yet. Also, I have slid into dm's of people that I am interested in on Instagram just to shoot my shot haha. (pray for me haha). I'm feeling alot lighter by giving myself a chance without overthinking the whole thing. My goal is try meeting new people irl events if the apps don't work out. Will keep you all updated xx.

RE: Post Group Call/Chat Questions
Hey girlies! I've been reflecting alot since our first group call and chat. The following questions came up for me: 1. When it comes to visualisation and working towards one or more goals, do you believe visionboards are effective? E.g. saving something motivational as screen saver or placing it in your house. 2. With my line of work I'm so use to holding space for others and I've gone out of practice how to do it for myself. I was curious, what are some ways you can extend the space for yourself to be heard, seen or even to express yourself? I'm a deep thinker and I'm open to any sort of comments. 🙌🏾✨️
