Trying to get better footwork
In my guest room right now with card boxes as things to work on footwork with any tips for other drill for DT would help

@Jason Evans thanks man and yea the shoes were questionable but it worked out did not fall fortunately I will try the stance drill I already do it in the morning when I wake up makes my dad mad since he’s late because I hold it for like 1:30 after I’m ready which already takes a while so thank you

This Offseason Will Expose You
The new year is coming fast. Faster than you think. So let me ask you this. Defensive linemen. Coaches. What are you committing to before next season? Not hoping. Not talking. Committing. Gym work? Another sport? Club teams? Technique? Film study? Leadership? Because the offseason doesn’t reward intentions. It rewards decisions. Drop your goal below. Say it out loud. Make it real. I’ll be reading every one.

For me definitely this offseason is the gym going 4-5 times a week also watching these videos practicing my technique and moves when my 7 year old cousin attacks me he punches and I rip or swim or double swipe and work on bringing the inside foot in really has helped me improve my technique
