Pop Up Detox!
Hey babes...From Tuesday through Friday!! We're starting this year off right! A detox before the detox! This is a mini detox, like a check up. We've been enjoying all the fruits of our labor. This is why we do what we do, so that we can live to the fullest!! And we know how to treat ourselves and poor love into our vessels. At least 2 fresh pressed juices a day! A salad with every meal! Herbal teas for breakfast! and meditation, journaling, singing, dancing, less tv, more water! Get whatever fruits and veggies you can collect and mix them up! Juice: Green Apples, Beets, Parsley, Spinach, Lemon, Orange, Cucumber, Kale, Pineapple, Mint, Celery Salads: Shredded carrots, Pomegranate Seeds, Purple cabbage , Parsley, Pepitos Pistachios Feta, Chickpeas, Red onions, Quinoa, Cucumber, Parsley Lemon olive oil dressing Lemon Tea, Chlorophyll tea, Clove Tea, Turmeric Tea See Moss For bonus: Steam Room (all four days if possible) Get a massage Grounding Outside (for at least 20 minutes) Breath work avoid: sugar, alcohol, fried foods, butter, processed and fast foods.

Happy New Year! We did it! Everyday we wake up is a blessing! Im inviting you to take up space. Start the business, take the dance class, produce the event, take the trip! This is a 1 year in numerology, a year of new beginnings. 2 + 0 + 2 + 6 = 10 =1 This is where we build real strength — the kind that makes you feel safe in your body and confident in your life. This month’s theme is Rooted Strength. 💃🏽 That means we’re focusing on grounding, stability, and lower-body power — physically and energetically. We’ll lift weights. We’ll talk about minerals, supplements, and recovery. We’ll touch on chakras and detox in a way that’s practical, not performative? Don’t worry if you’re here to get into your sultry sensual dance bag, shake ass, and bust your splits. We’re ramping up to all the fun stuff! But for now ÷≥/w/e are laying the foundation. Nothing extreme. Nothing forced. Here’s how this space works: • One main strength focus each week • One support practice to help your nervous system stay regulated • One optional live Zoom to move, learn, and integrate You do not need to do everything to “keep up.” You don’t fall behind here. You drop in when you can. I want this to feel like something you can actually sustain — because consistency comes from feeling supported, not pressured. If this is your first time lifting, amazing. Hey Girlies, If you are new here, My name is Chimeka Crawford. Hey queens! Im excited to announce that Im starting a new job as personal trainer at Crunch fitness in West Hollywood! Now Crunch has everything you need to reach your fitness goals. It's a clean facility, not packed out like other gyms, affordable, with all of the equipment, they have pole dance classes, and best of all thats where you can work with me!🥰 But I have to be honest ... people think they need to go harder in the gym to get a flat tummy. I believe your waistline is a mirror of your gut health. Food sitting too long in the intestines, slow digestion, stress, bloating in the stomach is a hindrance from you reaching your goals of slimming down in the core area. Even the skinny peoples stomachs will push outward with the wrong routines, and why? 🧐 When our bodies are digesting properly and inflammation is low, the body responds by tightening. Abbage Cabbage, as they say, are made in the gut, not in the gym and obviously not in surgery. You want to feel better, then use high vibration herbs that naturally pull your waistline in and will have you feeling lighter from the inside out.🤑 It's a liver detox is what you need. Without Fear We Rise 💜
What a year! Ive learned so much about life and about myself. And if there is one lesson that Im taking into next year, is that it's ok to ask for help. No matter who you are, we all need a little guidance, a mentor, a good friend, a community. It's healthy to lean on each other and share the load or just vent sometimes. Im happy to report that I have gained my weight back after the detox. I was too thin but Im at a happy weight now, with more muscle and a round booty.😅 I gained healthy weight and thats exactly why I detoxed to show myself what Im capable of. Im eating so much better now, healthy Whole Foods, lots of veggies and Im intaking the proper amounts of protein. Im cooking more, avoiding eating out, refined sugars, butter, pork at allll cost! Its working! I have come so far! Im gearing up to go full throttle for my brand, my voice and my body. Chair Girlies United is about the most important things in our lives. What we value matters and we have so much to share with the world. This is our safe space, where I feel welcome to share my thoughts and I would love for you all to do the same. So get ready for all the exercises, tea blends, recipes, affirmations, dance tutorials, and meditations coming your way. As we begin to enter a new year be proud of everything you have accomplished. Instagram and TikTok doesn't deserve all of our attention and love. Let's celebrate each other and turn every lesson into a moment of clarity.
