Pop Up Detox!
Hey babes...From Tuesday through Friday!! We're starting this year off right! A detox before the detox! This is a mini detox, like a check up. We've been enjoying all the fruits of our labor. This is why we do what we do, so that we can live to the fullest!! And we know how to treat ourselves and poor love into our vessels.
At least 2 fresh pressed juices a day!
A salad with every meal!
Herbal teas for breakfast!
and
meditation, journaling, singing, dancing, less tv, more water!
Get whatever fruits and veggies you can collect and mix them up!
Juice:
Green Apples, Beets, Parsley, Spinach, Lemon, Orange, Cucumber, Kale, Pineapple, Mint, Celery
Salads:
Shredded carrots, Pomegranate Seeds, Purple cabbage , Parsley, Pepitos
Pistachios
Feta, Chickpeas, Red onions, Quinoa, Cucumber, Parsley
Lemon olive oil dressing
Lemon Tea, Chlorophyll tea, Clove Tea, Turmeric Tea
See Moss
For bonus:
Steam Room (all four days if possible)
Get a massage
Grounding Outside (for at least 20 minutes)
Breath work
avoid: sugar, alcohol, fried foods, butter, processed and fast foods.
