Happy New Year! We did it! Everyday we wake up is a blessing!

Im inviting you to take up space. Start the business, take the dance class, produce the event, take the trip! This is a 1 year in numerology, a year of new beginnings.

This month’s theme is Rooted Strength. 💃🏽

That means we’re focusing on grounding, stability, and lower-body power — physically and energetically.

We’ll lift weights.

We’ll talk about minerals, supplements, and recovery.

We’ll touch on chakras and detox in a way that’s practical, not performative?

Don’t worry if you’re here to get into your sultry sensual dance bag, shake ass, and bust your splits. We’re ramping up to all the fun stuff! But for now ÷≥/w/e are laying the foundation.
