3 Deep Questions?
Are these 3 of the Awakening ones? Because there were some suggestions on there but but I am not sure that is the deep referred to?

Day 1 Catch-Up ...
The week got away from me. I just completed Day 1 and emptied/sorted a 'collection' of paper clutter which actually had something in that I need to attend to that may have been missed. Small #wins but #winsareallwins
Hi
Hi Everyone! I am Anne from Cornwall, UK. I work part time as an Operations Manager and am also a fused glass maker. I am self diagnosed in my early 60s though I can now see ADHD patterns and traits in me going right back to early childhood and I am beginning to understand how much they have shaped my whole life. Discovering ADHD has really made me realise how I have gone through most of my life trying to use an instruction manual that is for someone else or has great chunks missing! I'm hoping to get a better understanding of me through this challenge and hopefully get some tips, tricks and methods to help me work more efficiently and feel better about myself.

Hi Anne, fellow late diagnosed ops manager here. Nice to meet you!
Hi everyone. I’m Vivian from Denmark
I’m a 54 years old late diagnosed woman, educated socialworker, who ended in burnout after 25 years of social work . Then took a BA in History trying to find another road - but I’m afraid it’s too late for me thriving in a ordinary job. My nervoussystem is vulnerable after many years of stress- not knowing I had ADHD. I do have s lot of dreams and ideas for projects and entrepreneurship- hoping it’s not to late for that. You can ask me questions about anything you want - but I know most about the danish social security system, history, spirituality, personal development, how to connect with nature - and of course how it feels to go through life not knowing your brain. What I want to get from ADHD Harmony: 1: community 1. Knowledge 2. Strategies For fun I like to: 1. Play games 2. Go to concerts 3. Be creative with paints, glass, paper and many more materials The most meaningful for me is connecting with nature and learn from nature and healing in nature

Hi, I also took History, joint with English literature and also feel, have felt for years, that some form or combo of working for myself is the way for me. Too many ideas though so tough to decide. I am looking into more natural healing modalities and energy type of work which feels more aligned with my interests and my nature. I definitely do not think it is too late for you. It seems we have very similar interests, areas of knowledge (except the Danish social care system) and aims on this challenge I think so I thought I would say hi personally.
A Little Bit About Me
I'm Cat from York (UK). I work is hospitality (but only by accident not design or desire), I love reading (for those 2 weeks of the month I can focus that is), dancing, the outdoors, researching pretty much anything my mind takes a passing facy to, chocolate, cake, tea, and also when people just skip the small talk (introvert). I suffer a lot with the ADHD paralysis, but also with finishing things. Medication has mostly relieved me of all night ruminating which I am so grateful for, though I still have lots of nights when I can't sleep. Despite missing Day 1 on here I have massive anxiety about being late and am always early to things, I am good at designing systems and processes but not necessarily following them! Neuroscience is also very interesting to me, the brain states and the chemical dance of dopamine amd friends and all that stuff. So hi, nice to meet you.
