Weekly Accountability Form 💛
Let’s get you moving forward this week… Ladies — how are we doing? Every week is a fresh opportunity to course-correct, tighten a few screws, and make progress toward lower blood sugars, more energy, and a healthier you. So let’s reflect 👇 1️⃣ What went well for you last week? Big wins, tiny wins — they all count. Did you stay within your carbs? Get more movement in? Avoid a binge? Track more consistently? 2️⃣ What challenged you? Was it time? Stress? Social events? Cravings? Be honest — this is how we figure out the real patterns so we can fix them. 3️⃣ What questions do you have for me this week? Anything at all: Carb swaps Low-calorie meal ideas Blood sugar spikes Cravings Eating out Your targets Adjustments Struggles you’re not sure how to navigate If it’s on your mind, put it in the comments — this is literally what I’m here for. 4️⃣ What’s one thing you’re committing to this week? Not five things. Not a whole-life renovation. One tiny lever you’re going to move. Because that’s how your blood sugars drop… That’s how the weight comes off… That’s how your confidence climbs back up. Drop your answers below 👇 I’ll be in the comments helping you dial things in for another strong week 💛

Tough week emotional eating 😞 but I woke up next day and back on track. I didn't see any loss but I also was not tracking. I did move more so that's a plus, so this week I'm tracking, prepped my food and I'm committed to finding a new way to cope with emotions. I think I struggle most still putting others before myself. I'm doing better than I was but it's definitely challenging for me.
Ate to much
I fell into an emotional eating pattern yesterday, I have a daughter who is extremely ill, and an elderly mother who require a lot of myself....and I'm not complaining, life as we know it throws us challenges but I ate so bad and this morning I was afraid to test but did anyway, and guess what it was only 126! I know that's not low enough but I'll take it and today backon track!

I'm doing good, I cooked a full turkey dinner and surprised myself and ate just enough and didn't indulge in all the desserts. I simply ate a few bites of one!! But I did it with out feeling like it was a struggle. I think I've been putting myself first and that is a huge thing. I am committed to moving more, I think walking more etc since it's winter I don't get out much.
