After holiday reset
So I didn't do as I hoped I would thru the holidays, I haven't gained any weight ( I actually lost 1 lb) but I was lazy. So now I'm set up to stay on track..meals are prepped and scheduled exercise time! My hubby even said he would eat whatever I choose ( except fish) he said hard pass on that, I love salmon..is it ok to eat it a couple times a week?
