I'm not sure. I think in order to make it brighter you would have to start with the sky. Perhaps a rosy effect instead of a bluish one. Good luck.

@Tanya Malitsky To make it brighter you might try making it warmer. You can start with the sky and then use its lighting effect to brighten up the rest of the painting.Yet there is a realistic beauty in the way you portray a cool day, too.
