Deliverability Smartlead nightmare
Hi guys, I setup everything as instructed by the Liskkit team from the email setup, to everything else. I finished the 14 day warm up period with my 40 new inboxes. Now that started my campaing I noticed my emails are not getting delievered at all. I am using smartlead. I was worried that maybe my email records themselves were messed up. So to verify I sent a few emails from those same inboxes but using outlook (manually) instead of smartlead this time. To my surprise all the emails work great when I send out emails manually and they get deliver to recipients into their inbox folder. However if those same inboxes send email from smartlead , no one gets emails. Specifically I noticed once inside outlook I can see that YES smartlead is attempting to send those emails BUT they all say blocked by recipients ESP. Keep in mind those same inboxes sill deliver perfectly if I send a manual email from outlook. So that leads me to believe their is a disconnecgion between the smartlead and outlook. Any similar cases? Would love your help on this huge headache. Appreciate you guys!!
