Outlook Inbox Management Struggle - Master Inbox

Hi guys,

Been trying to setup a basic master inbox (forward all replies to one inbox, reply out of that inbox) to manage replies, as I've seen talked about in a couple pieces of content. These were setup in Google Workspace, I tried to replicate it in outlook and failed.

Has anyone figured out a basic inbox management process that works in outlook and wouldnt mind sharing? Would greatly appreciate it.
