Hi everyone! I’m new to this group. I’m looking for any help with managing all the fun new symptoms I’m experiencing. I’m on progesterone and a low dose testosterone cream. I am dealing with estrogen dominance and am trying to figure out ways to get that more balanced with my progesterone. I’m dealing with fat gain around my mid section, extreme bloating, waking up at 2 every morning (I do ALL the things they advise for good sleep hygiene). Looking forward to learning more!
