Electronic Approval For Technical Documents In Confluence By Client
I've just joined a project where a bunch of technical documentation was written in Microsoft Word (e.g. PRD, API, User Docs, Technical Docs, etc). Since I ran a project 5 years ago with them, management have asked me to do what I did in the last project for them and run it all through Confluence and Jira. After reviewing the PRD (Product Requirements Definition) and implementing changes as needed in Confluence, I don't want to have to go back to the Microsoft Word document and duplicate the changes - it's a waste of time on a low budget project. Is anyone doing signing of documents within Confluence, or any particular plug-in, to generate a document that the client can easily consume to sign off on (i.e. preferably electronic sign-off)? Just trying to make this workflow a bit smarter, with less not more tools and contained with Atlassian ecosystem if possible. Any great ideas? Thanks so much! :-D

Thanks @Alex Ortiz. Not quite what I was after - I think in practice those two tools require a little too much investment by the client in our toolset. I'll keep on looking and thinking how I can make this work. Appreciate your response.
Atlassian Billed Josh 100k . . . "on accident"
Has Atlassian ever "accidentally" billed you 100k before?

I have just had a sunsetted Confluence marketplace plug-in jump from $0 a month (customer was under 10 users) jump to USD $500 a month, with no warning. It took the customer over 4 months to realise it after the bookkeeper brought it up. The owner then complained to me. It wasn't good business practice so I took it on in good faith and pursued it until I got it back, which the client confirmed last week it is back on his Amex card. Thankfully it wasn't too much of a fight, but was disappointed that Atlassian said it was the marketplace developer's issue and the marketplace developer said it was Atlassian's issue. Make of what happened as you will, but I have my personal views.
Last sprint's DONE are showing in new sprint's DONE column
Hi there! My DONE work items from last sprint are showing in this week's new sprint's DONE column. I don't have access to the Jira work item workflows yet in the account from the client, but thinking this is culprit. What's your take? Thank you!

So for anyone seeing this in future, the Done column needs to be moved as the last column BEFORE starting the next sprint. If the column is moved AFTER the next sprint is started, the previous sprint's work items will be carried over.

@Corey Glaude No. I did however try moving the 'On Hold' column to be positioned before the 'Done' column (so 'Done' was last), after Alex's message above as a possible remedy.

Wasn't able to make this (1am for me), so would love a recording to watch if possible @Josh Golosinskiy as our team is currently improving on this. Thanks!
Hi folks 👋🏽
Figured I’d introduce myself. I’m Arslan, a Solutions Engineer, Atlassian Certified Expert, avid runner, husband, and nerdy uncle seeking to continually learn, grow, and share with awesome individuals. Why’d I join this community? I discovered and began engaging with @Alex Ortiz’s and @Josh Golosinskiy’s excellent webinars and content since earlier this year (renewed my certs). They’ve been very helpful in addressing my Atlassian platform knowledge gaps and more while making it fun, to say the least! So joining this community was a no-brainer. I’m also currently exploring the job market and reflecting on what to pursue that resonates with my values and strengths. I look forward to contributing to this community and any opportunity to engage! -Arslan linkedin.com/in/arsiqbal
