After pulling my hip flexor then getting sent to hospital with damage to my knee after getting t*****d am back. 4 weeks back now fit as ever and loving life thanks for the support everyone 🙌👏

In the last 15 minutes i went to kick the ball from a goalkick and then all of a sudden when i strike the ball, my hip goes. It popped and i was in agony. However i hate coming off so i played in pain to keep the clean sheet. Devastated by this and hopefully not out for to long🤞
