Hey All. I thought I would share with you that I have upgraded from my unwashed state of freemium to the elite Premium status. I have been following the group for a few weeks and the topics, chats and observations are in my wheel house. The humour can be both dark and obtuse which I wouldn't miss for the world! 🤩😂 I'm really looking forward to using the app and training materials whilst I wait for the inevitable surgery for my torn rotator cuff. It will be interesting to see what I can acheive with only one usable arm. I would salute you but its the right shoulder I have wrecked!!

@Richard Clark so between you and me we make about half a man? Great! 🤔💪

@Shaun Womersley Thanks Shaun. I'm reading the materials from @Daniel Parker and I'm out of my depth. Forgive me for being a little naive but I'm assuming peptides would be injectables? If so, that would be something completely new for me and a whole new world of possibilities.
A glimpse into the gym
I sat in the car park of one of the 5 gyms in my local small market town today. The roller shutter door was open so I could see the single occupant inside. I watched him, quite a big unit, select a pair of dumbbells from the rack and perform 12 reps. He then stopped and replaced them in the rack, took a 5 minute rest interval before repeating the exercise. He then moved to the Smith machine with a 45 degree incline bench, and some strange reverse grip incline press. Im assuming he counted this as a triceps exercise. The odd thing was, that at no time did any effort seem to be applied. He did his allotment reps and terminated the set. He looked to be in his mid 30’s, 6’3” tall, 15/16 stone is my guess. God I wished that I had his body and my knowledge. I wouldn’t be going through the motions, thats for sure.

@Richard Clark he wants to stop sitting on the fence being all coy and shy!!! 😂😂😂
chewphoria
Just wondering if anybody has every tried caffeine gum. Ive just ordered these https://chewphoria.co/#buy. Bit pricey but I think they might be good for some longer sessions. Ok for a quick hit and I don’t want the huge spike of a caffeine pill.

Out of interest, how would it compare to a good mug of strong black coffee?

@Stuie Bee 🤣🤣🤣 Very droll!!
Classroom - 402 today 16 08 in skool rankings please keep the questions and posts coming😁
Skool ranking has slowed down but is still moving in the right direction - so thank you all I hope you all like reading 🤣 The classroom content is already over 600 pages, and I'm only 1/3 of the way through. It may end up like War and Peace with all the info @Daniel Parker is adding - thank you. I will create summaries and add images where possible and links to videos I have opened up 01 in the classroom. Please let me know your thoughts 02 onwards will still be locked until Sept 1st, but I will DM each member with the proposed minor changes to the actual method 😁 Yes, I have made each rep harder, but in turn more effective😮

@Shaun Womersley are you targeting a specific level of ranking? And if so, what does a higher ranking offer? I ask as I have no idea....
Things can only get Retaaaaaa
I've lost access to a thread elsewhere where I documented my journey with retatrutide so I thought I'd continue it here. It should always have been here tbh because the success im having with it is completely down to the excellent advice I've had from the man , the myth the legend, @Shaun Womersley It's only fair that present and future members here get to see how much a suitably qualified and capable advisor, I recommend Shaun unequivocally, can steer you in the right direction. So I began April the 8th with the following stats Weight 95.6kg Waist 38" Chest 48" Arms 17 1/2 Leg 26 1/2 Today I'm at Weight 80kg Waist 33 3/4 Chest 46" Arms 16 3/4 Legs 24 1/4 Okay I've lost a little muscle it would appear, however I'm in replacement dose try during this , wheres before I was running test a little higher ( still within human ranges ) but using the old dbol so there would have been some bloat in the first set of measurements. I'm hugely happy with the progress on appearance as a now look like ( and am ) a relatively fit and in shape bloke not a beer monster. It's really effective stuff if you can get into the mindset to go low and slow ( I was a diva a out this to begin with admittedly) In hunger free , have great energy and feel great. Stop me before I start looking like Kelly Osbourne but at this point I can't recommend this stuff , and the big homie Shaun , enough. Now I'm going out sprinting. Which if I did it when I weighed 95 kg , I think my hooves might have fallen off Dose as per Shaun was 0.5 mg first two weeks to acclimatise , then 1mg and my personal choice was not to go higher as it's enough to tickle this fat loss along with zero side effects and it means I get ten weeks out of a ten mg vial which isn't bad for a life changing result ( less than a tenner a week for the source I used )

@Gary Le Rosbifs Try to take time to rest. It will offer you more results than the lots of crazy life stuff. Stepping down the fitness activities will not mean a loss of recent gains. And don't rush back to work as long as you have some form of company sick pay. Just my thoughts, get better soon.
