Sharing (Small) Wins
Hey Skool Community, I wanted to share a (small) win I had. I have 0 audience online and just started learning how to run facebook ads for the first time a couple of weeks ago. I started running ads to the Skool Community I just started this morning and 2 people have already applied. I'm excited to learn what problems they're facing to shape the resources of the community. I haven't added ANY resources yet (just 1 pinned post) and promised the early members that they would be able to shape the resources of the community and have free lifetime access. I know these wins are small, BUT it means a ton to me because I've been trying so hard to learn the skills of marketing, minimum viable EVERYTHING and providing value to others. If you're just starting I hope you keep going as well. If I can do it, YOU can too. If you're ahead of me, thank you for the inspiration. Thank you @Sam Ovens, @Alex Hormozi, and @Andrew Kirby. ✊

Right on dude. Just started my first ad tonight to gauge interest for a group I want to start. Whats your intro daily spend?

@Young Sun noted! Will do. Originally I had seen stories of people running 5/ day with positive results. Trying to build my low budget skills first then I can bump up too and almost KNOW it'll work regardless of spend because I got it right when it was tiny.
Starting my journey on Skool.
I'm in love with literature, and I'm about to start a new journey, trying to build an audience from scratch just talking about my passion. There are several steps in order to do this, so I accept every suggestion you have! I was thinking about making it to the leaderboard of this community and THEN creating my community, so I have some visibility and then 14 days to gather some members. What do you think?

Free to paid community
Hey everyone, I have been building my free community over the last 4 weeks and have got over 700 members so far. It is a football development community, so I have been running weekly zoom Q&As, answering questions in the threads, providing training programs and also making videos solving the users biggest issues. My question is now, how can I successfully start my paid community. The demographic of people inside the community is younger, so I am inclined to think having a higher price will be unrealistic for them to afford. But I will be providing more 1-1 online coaching, more group calls and also all my paid programs for free. I am looking for advice on which direction to go in. Cheers!

Why not just make it low for your young audience and offer your 1 on 1's inside the group to people who can pay more?
