Making money in the food industry
I was in thailand a couple months ago. And im looking for a normal food job over there outside of working online. Is that even possible?

I'd look to open your own restaurant. Chiang Mai and lots of places in Thailand lack decent western food and a lot of the places that do offer good western food are foreign owned.

From the lens I’m viewing things through, although I’ve gone on a hiatus from here for a bit, the action of me having joined has more than paid for itself in full. There is no way I’m the only one here that joined half skeptical/ half cynical/ half “sorta believing,” so I’m going to say this: keep going. Get uncomfortable. Plow through the mental discomfort. You may have been brought up with all kinds of ass backwards counterproductive ways of doing and not doing / beliefs / etc. I don’t think I’ve quote “figured it all out,” heck, I’m 28, however, I’ve gained more clarity on how I’m moving forward in my life. I will be back soon to complete the trainings, due to the fact that in a weird roundabout way I’ve realized that, yeah, funnels make sense in my “journey.” With all that being said: thanks Brett💪 despite the little to no interaction we’ve had, your work has forever impacted my journeys course. I’m not even trying to to hype you up when I say that: I say that in a “1s and 0s” / cause and effect / “dominoes effect” kind of a way, seriously man, thanks!💪🔥

Keep going, mate. Persistence and grit make up 99% of the game. Keep failing, messing up, wasting time, and taking shots. Every now and then, you'll strike gold. That's really all there is to it.
Is YouTube good for business growth?
Hey members. I have a few businesses which I've transitioned over the last couple of years to allow me to live in Asia (Cambodia) and run the businesses online. I currently spend thousands per month on paid advertising such as Google ads and social media ads and I came across a YouTube video which claims that if I put my time and effort into YouTube by way of creating videos consistently, it could replace my current paid ads. I wondered if anyone else has any input or experience on this subject? @Brett Dev I know you've done well on your YouTube channel in terms of growth and engagement with over 50k subscribers and some videos seeing over 240k views which is fantastic! But my question to you is that with this level of growth, I notice that you don't post videos on YouTube consistently (I'm always on the lookout for a new Brett Dev video). So I wanted to ask if it's purely because you're too busy or is it hardly worth your time creating videos on YouTube even with your larger subscriber amount? To clarify, I understand that monetization from YouTube isn't everything but I'm wondering about it in terms of gaining new business, sponsorship offers and so on. I operate in a very niche market and the YouTube space for my niche is really for the taking at the moment. I only have 1.8k subscribers on our YouTube and another business in the same industry has over 30k. I always wonder if 30k subscribers would be benefiting his business but as he takes the time out to create new videos I assume it is. Thanks for any input!

Yes, building a solid YouTube presence can absolutely help supplement paid ads for getting leads and customers. But it's not just a straight swap, there are some nuances to consider and your post is way to vague to offer any specific advice. YouTube is huge for brand building and getting exposure, which has crazy long-term value that's honestly hard to put a dollar figure on. If you want longevity, IMO there is no better thing that you could be doing. Paid ads are great for direct response marketing to make sales right away. It would make sense to do both if you can. Ads give you scale like YouTube can't but YouTube builds your brand like ads cant. What's important to you and your business? Only you know that. YouTube will help you get a higher ROI on some of your ad spend too because you can run retargetting ads versus going straight for cold traffic. As for my own channel, you're right - I don't post as consistently as I could. Part of that is being busy with other projects.
I met the men, the myths, the legends
Morning all, i just got back from a few weeks in Thailand & Cambodia, and i was lucky enough to have a couple of dinners with @Brett Dev and @Nathan Von Fumetti. Just wanted to saw what wonderful human beings they are, their company and advice was very much appreciated and given me some much needed motivation in my business, and kind kind souls too. Cheers fellas

What are the upsides to working in the Haulage Industry. Are there people who want to get into this industry who would benefit from some guidance? Might want to give the post a better title too 😆
