I took Jay's recommendation from a Youtube video, and paid for 10,000 leads. I've only received about 5,000 leads. I've sent multiple support emails, like 5 or 6, I receive one reply back stating they were looking into it. I've sent additional support tickets. Crickets. I suppose my next step is to dispute the charge on my credit card. I posted a review on TrustPilot. That's all I can do so far.
