Dead Bugs
Reminds me of 1st grade or so trying to pat my head and rub my belly at the same time. Lol I get 2 or three moves in thinking I have it figured out and get tangled up. It was really bad when I started but even now it gets me every time a lil bit.

It's Saturday.
That means one thing in this community, accountability day. This week is done. The sessions either happened or they didn't. The meals were dialed in or they weren't. The standards held or they slipped. No judgment. Just honesty. I want to hear one thing you did this week that was better than last week. One lift, one meal, one habit, one decision. Doesn't matter how small it look, progress is progress and in this community we call it out. I'll start. This week I locked in every session with zero negotiation. I’ve been using the MyFitnessPal and hitting my protein on point for the first time ever. Calories were a lil low but I’ll get it straight.
