Protein
I wanted to ask our community here where you are finding high protein (preferably meat) items for a CHEAP price? Thank you!

@Bill Quistorf I hit chicken quite a bit too. Was hoping for a tip on cheap alternatives (red meat and seafood). Haha@the roadkill! Road pizza! 🤣
Cholesterol Down
Keith talks a lot about diet. And I think a lot of us know about diet too. I get a lot of folks in my life saying my high protein diet is going to jack my cholesterol up. I tell them when you burn protein, instead of a lot of carbs, your body adjust to knock that cholesterol. They all tell me I'm full of shit. Well today I got my bloodwork done. My cholesterol levels are badass! Those naysayers can kiss it!

@Adam Smith Thank you sir!
I want to hear from you directly.
Not about your program. Not about your numbers. About the moment things started to shift. There's always a moment. The morning you looked in the mirror and made a decision. The session where something clicked. The week you realised you were actually consistent for the first time in years. That moment is worth sharing, because somewhere in this community right now there's a man who hasn't had his yet. And reading yours might be the thing that gets him there. This brotherhood grows when we're honest with each other. The wins, the setbacks, the turning points. What was the moment things started to change for you, and what did it feel like when you knew you were back? Drop it below. 👇

I'll put myself out there. When my wife left me 4 1/2 months ago. I had become a sloth due to the back issues...almost 14 years. I looked in the mirror, and hated what I was looking at...spiritually, physically, emotionally. It all added up to "not much." And I knew if I started giving a shit again that I could control all 3 of those things. 4 1/2 months later I look nothing like that overweight bastard. I won't get into the Christian aspect of it all...don't want to "holy roller" you guys. :) And I am working on myself to get my head on straight. And working out is a HUGE aspect of it all! Sound in body, Sound in mind! So Keith and everyone...let's just say her leaving was a spiritual/physical/emotional 2x4 to the back of the head! That's where it started! And there's no end in sight now! Let's do this!

@Rob Arment Amen, brother! I'll also add I've had 9 back flareups in the last 4 1/2 months. Before it would have been days, if not weeks, to heal. 7 of them healed in 24 hours. The other 2 only took 48 hours. God is good! Wait! God is great! :)
Wowzers!
Good morning Keith. I changed my program today to reflect more sets, more reps, and less weight per what you have been saying. Holy frijoles! I'm spent. It's a whole new world. :)
Recent Comeback
Hi Keith and Everyone. New here. Just got back into weight training after 13 years off. Due to a bad back with degenative disc disease, and arthitis. Pretty much staying away from lower back training. However, I picked up some dumbells bout 4 months ago, took it slow, and am seeing results I didn't know possible. I won't ever be massive, but the strength gains after 13 years is something I thought I could never do again. Do quite a bit of following Keith's recommendations on slow and steady. God is good!
