Don't Forget to Laugh (Vol. 2)
It’s been a long month. Laughter releases dopamine. It is literally medicine. Your assignment: Go find a comedian, a funny reel, or that one friend who always makes you snort-laugh. Spend 10 minutes laughing today. Your nervous system will thank you. 😂

@Karen Filipiak This is the sweetest mental image đŸ„č Love that the dogs wanted in on the action too. Those unplanned moments really are the best. What got the laughter started? Would love to hear what had you both cracking up!
The Digital Third Wheel
Is there a third person in your marriage? There is if you bring your phone to bed. When the last thing you see at night and the first thing you see in the morning is a screen, you are training your brain to connect with pixels instead of people. Radical Challenge: Charge your phones in the kitchen tonight. Buy an old-school alarm clock. Make the bedroom a sanctuary for sleep and intimacy only. See what happens to your connection when the notifications stop.

@Laura Harris Laura, this is so real. The contrast between dating and marriage sounds jarring, going from fully present to screens everywhere has to feel lonely sometimes. When you brought this up to him, how did he respond? Has he always brushed it off?

@Otis Pettaway Otis, this is heavy. The way you phrased 'it's not what you're doing, it's what you're missing' really hit. And the fact that you're intentionally leaving your phone in another room to model something different? That's real love right there. What makes you think there's more beneath the surface? Have you guys ever been able to talk about what might be driving it?
The Great Laundry Divide
Sean sees couples in the office dealing with heavy, complex issues. But you would be surprised how often the most heated argument of the week is about laundry. It is the ultimate domestic battlefield. There are generally two camps. Camp A: The Precision Sorter. Towels are strictly separated from sheets. The husband's clothes are washed separate from the wife's. Every child gets their own load. And when clothes are hung in the closet, every single hanger must face the exact same direction. Camp B: The Dump and Run. If it fits in the machine, it washes together. Kitchen towels with denim jeans? Yes. Whites with darks? Risk it. If it comes out smelling clean, it is a victory. We need to know. What is your preferred laundry style? And more importantly, what style do you actually do just to survive the week? Tell us in the comments.

@Earl Johnson I'm with you on this one. For me, it's not about being obsessed with sorting - it's about the gut punch of ruining something that actually matters. That 'uh oh' moment when you open the washer and realize your favorite shirt just met a blue pen? Devastating. Your friend has my sympathy 😂

@Kathryn Demarco Towels really are the shedding dogs of the laundry world, aren't they? You think they're harmless and then BOOM everything you own looks like it survived a snowstorm. What's the one item you're most protective of keeping lint-free? For me it's black work clothes nothing says professional like looking like you just lost a fight with a dryer sheet
