EXCELLENT FOUNDATIONS ASHLEY!!!!!! It is the small technique of balance, ankles, and pivots and weight placement. I love to spin, but these small technique reminders are excellent tune-ups.

EXCELENTE!
How did you start dancing? 👀
Most people think they started because they “liked music.” That’s not true. You started because something inside you wanted more: - More confidence - More movement - More connection - More expression For some of you, it was a party where you felt uncomfortable. For others, it was a video that inspired you.Maybe it was boredom.Maybe it was curiosity. But here’s the real question: 👉 Why did you REALLY decide to start? Take a second and think about it. Was it: - To feel less shy? - To challenge yourself? - To be more social? - To finally try something you kept postponing? Drop your answer below. Understanding why you started is important — because that’s what will keep you going when motivation drops. Remember:You didn’t join just to learn steps. You joined to become someone who dances. Let’s hear your story 👇

Such a great question! I started training because I wanted to understand more and do more. But why? I loved to move and wanted to understand what my body was feeling and doing? And what else? I also loved the feeling I had when listening to music and wanted to have more of that - connection. And how nice it felt to experience this with others! Over time the reasons become more specific and related to learning history, music and musicality, body control and technique in movement, health, expression and technique, deeper awareness of connection when one achieves their in level if body awareness and control, improving discipline and dealing with frustration when new learning is not easy.
