I skipped the first hint and gave you the link the second ro start 🤦‍♀️ So we are skipping the original first hint and starting where we started. After you find the clue there, from the tips in the video. Feel free to comeback here if you get stuck for additional clarity. CLUE IN VIDEO Hint if that clue doesn't make sense: "Your brain may need a RESET" 2️⃣When you find that post, remember Savenger hunts "arent about Productivity...you have to notice patterns" and then understand that your nervous system controls how well your execution is in this game.... 3️⃣Once you find the hint there, think about this: Sometimes we recover by building a space that replaces our 9-5 imcome.....i wonder if there was a post about that? 4️⃣ when you find the clue in the comments, realize you really arent alone...where do we all come together to ask questions? Hello friends. My name is Brandon. I'm a meditation teacher based in Austin, Texas. First I just want to thank @Bill Widmer and @Rex Loyer for encouraging me to introduce myself. Pause + Breathe Take one slow breath before answering. No fixing. Just noticing. 1️⃣ Name What’s Real A lot of joy and fulfilling presence lives within me. My body feels strong and at peace. My circle of friends is growing by the day and the bond I share with those closest deepens evermore. I feel invigorated by the work I do and fall further in love with watching the impact it has on those I touch. I overflow with gratitude for this community and everyone here, adding your unique expressions to this ever expanding reality. Consciously taking a moment to hold love in my heart for each one of you. 🖤 2️⃣ Let It Go — or Let It Be I allow the fact to exist that not everyone is going to understand me. My specific flavor of being will resonate deeply with some and miss others entirely, and that gets to be okay. I release the pressure to be accepted by those who are not for me and those I am not for. I choose alignment over approval and trust the quiet magnetism of being fully myself. 3️⃣ One Small Anchor My anchor this week will be my breath. Anchoring me into my body, into my soul, into you. 🥰 Each inhale, a return, each exhale, a softening as I steadily remember what matters most.

Where are my meditators and breathwork people at? 🧘🧘‍♀️
I've been a fan of meditation and breathwork for over a decade now. I'm not formally trained or anything like that — although we've got some cool people like @Alisha Norris in here who are! These practices of presence, gratitude, and returning to myself have been life-transforming. They help with my ADHD distractibility, they help me ground and center my nervous system when life throws me curve balls, and they increase my level of self-compassion, self-love, and intuition.
