Take one slow breath before answering. No fixing. Just noticing.
1️⃣ Name What’s Real
A lot of joy and fulfilling presence lives within me. My body feels strong and at peace. My circle of friends is growing by the day and the bond I share with those closest deepens evermore. I feel invigorated by the work I do and fall further in love with watching the impact it has on those I touch.
I overflow with gratitude for this community and everyone here, adding your unique expressions to this ever expanding reality. Consciously taking a moment to hold love in my heart for each one of you. πŸ–€
2️⃣ Let It Go β€” or Let It Be
I allow the fact to exist that not everyone is going to understand me. My specific flavor of being will resonate deeply with some and miss others entirely, and that gets to be okay. I release the pressure to be accepted by those who are not for me and those I am not for. I choose alignment over approval and trust the quiet magnetism of being fully myself.
3️⃣ One Small Anchor
My anchor this week will be my breath. Anchoring me into my body, into my soul, into you. πŸ₯° Each inhale, a return, each exhale, a softening as I steadily remember what matters most.
