Update on My Previous GLP-1 Deadline Post
I want to address my January 1st post about vendors who hadn't removed their GLP-1 listings after their stated deadline. After having direct conversations, I've learned there's significantly more happening behind the scenes in the RUO space than I was aware of. Due to legal considerations, I can't share specifics publicly. This will be my only post addressing it again. What I got wrong: I assumed the deadline messaging was primarily a marketing tactic. It wasn't and I understand a lot of you will different opinions. While I still don't agree with how some of the arbitrary dates were communicated, I now understand these vendors were operating with information and constraints I wasn't privy to. To those who've lost trust in me over this: I get it. I'm taking this as a learning experience—I shouldn't be communicating or speculating on major shifts in this space until I see it. Moving forward: I'm stepping back from speculation and assumptions about vendor decisions. We're all working with imperfect information, and I'd rather wait to see how things actually unfold over the next month or two than contribute to drama or misinformation. The research space is navigating complex challenges right now. I'll continue focusing on what I can rather than trying to interpret decisions I don't have full context on. — Derek

@Wendy Stack I called bullshit immediately, same thing happened the year before, and before that. There were a lot of "influencers" that jumped on this bandwagon, not a good look at all. Hope they all lose business.
Anyone familiar with a SNAP-8 10 mg vial
I found a SNAP-8 (Acetyl Octapeptide-3) 10 mg vial sold for RS only, and I’m trying to understand what type of research format this is normally intended for. SNAP-8 is usually known from cosmetic/skin studies, so I’m wondering: Is this type of vial typically used in RS models that involve a parenteral-type format, or is it mainly intended for mixing/blending with a serum for topical formulation research?

Be careful out there just saw solutions peptides was mixing this with their klow or glow blend. Topical only is all I have been able to find, and at that the amount you need is out of control if you’re buying it at 10mg/vial.
Tesamorelin
What would be a good dosage for Tesa? Also cost effective.

I have a group and computer chalked full of peptide research. This is a common protocol and has been published on almost every peptide cheatsheet I’ve seen. Never in my life would I recommend 1mg/day out of the gate.

@JaRay Fisher sorry never replied, just saw this now. Poster was asking for the most cost effective dosage, I listed the minimum, as that would be the most cost affective. 2mg is the best to run this at
Stacks
How are people structuring downtime between peptide phases? I’m noticing that “rest weeks” actually improve long-term sensitivity and response. Anyone else cycle their stacks intentionally instead of running back-to-back?

So I keep reading about cycling or not. Some literature suggests 8-12 weeks of 5 days on, 2 days off, and 4 weeks off. Some say you can do 5 days on, 2 days off for much longer, and this is true with most things I read about the peptides I’m on. So which is correct?

@Bryan Soto I guess I’m a stickler for grammar when giving advice to people. I would want someone to read my comment and take away that I do it as an extra precaution. When I give advice I give the reason, I try not to leave it up for interpretation which could seriously injure the person reading it. That’s not that safe is it?

I’m interested in reading any study that lasted over 52 weeks. Kindly share if you can. @Bryan Soto
