In case you needed some motivation today… this popped up in my memories.
That first picture? It scares me to death to post this. I was scared, sad, and disappointed in myself. But I think it’s important. This was over the course of 5 years. 250 β†’ 170 at my leanest this summer. And trust me, there were plenty of bumps in the road on this journey. I’m not posting this for praise or attention. I’m posting this because if you’re in the thick of it right now β€” feeling stuck, falling off track, wondering if it’s even worth it β€” I want you to know it is. There was no magic moment where it all clicked. There were setbacks, binge cycles, weeks where I felt like I was going backwards, and moments where I genuinely didn’t know if I’d ever get here. But I kept showing up. Not perfectly. Just consistently enough. 80 pounds didn’t come off overnight. It came off one decision at a time, over and over again, for years. If you’re on this path β€” whether you’re just getting started or you’re deep in the grind β€” keep going. The version of you on the other side is worth every single hard day. Let’s go. πŸ’ͺ

Good Morning Thursday 02/12 Updates + Need Your Input
I’m going through and updating all the prices right now on PeptidePrice.store across every vendor we track. Every time I do this, the process gets longer β€” and honestly, that makes me really happy. The list keeps growing, more vendors are entering the space, and competition is increasing. I genuinely enjoy keeping an eye on the market and seeing where pricing shifts, new products pop up, or where things start trending. I’ll definitely keep you guys updated if I notice any meaningful changes or interesting new releases. One update from today β€” Peptira just added a nasal spray bottle to their website, which makes me think a nasal option may be coming soon. They also added some new capsules, including BPC-KPV (60ct, 1mg). That blend is one of my personal favorites from a gut health perspective. Really interesting combination and one I’ve followed closely. On a more personal note, I’ve mentioned this before, but I’ll be moving out of Colorado at the end of May. The funny thing is… I don’t actually know where I’m going yet. I’ll be fully remote, which gives me flexibility, and it’s kind of crazy to think this whole peptide project grew to the point where being in person at work started causing issues. I wish I could write a book on all the craziness that happens behind the scenes in this research world. Maybe one day. I’ve heard great things about Tampa and Phoenix, but I’m open to ideas anywhere warm. I think I’m officially done with snow for a little while. If you’ve got cities you love or places you’d recommend checking out, let me know. Appreciate you all as always. Thank you for the continued support.

πŸš€ Price Tracking Is LIVE on PeptidePrice.store!
This one's been a long time coming, and I'm pumped to finally share it with you guys. Starting today (February 12th), every peptide on the site is being price tracked daily, rolling over a 90-day window. You can now see exactly how prices move over time β€” no more guessing whether you're catching a deal or paying a premium. Here's what you get: πŸ“ˆ Interactive price history graphs β€” hover over any data point to see exact prices by date and vendor. Company logos are built right into the charts so you can quickly spot who's cheapest. πŸ”€ Filter however you want β€” toggle between with discount codes or base prices, switch between total price and price per milligram, and filter by specific vendors. πŸ“Š Raw data table β€” every vendor, every day, laid out so you can see the full picture. Lowest, average, and highest prices all at a glance. πŸ“± Works on mobile too β€” same features, optimized for your phone. Look for the new little icon next to products β€” hover over it and click "View Price History" to check it out. I backfilled 30 days of data to start, and from here it tracks forward daily. 20,000 lines of code went into the backend for this, so if something breaks, bear with me β€” but I'll keep it as accurate as possible. I'm already tracking all of this for you guys anyway, so why not make it visible? Might even add a CSV export option down the road. πŸ‘‰ Go try it out: peptideprice.store Watch the full demo walkthrough here: https://vimeo.com/1164525504/131573bed7 Let me know what you think! PeptidePrice is nothing without you guys β€” appreciate all the support as always. 🀝

What's The ONE Energy Peptide Or Blend That Actually Worked For You?
General question for the group. I've put out a bunch of energy guides and energy peptide guides at this point β€” but now I want to hear from YOU. What is the one energy peptide that actually worked in your research protocol? Whether it was alongside your GLP-1 research or just in general β€” what actually gave you that boost? Not what you read about. Not what someone told you to try. What did YOU personally find worked in your own research? Drop it in the comments and tell me WHY. What were you dealing with before, what did you research, and what changed? The more detail the better β€” your experience might be exactly what someone else in here needs to hear right now. For research purposes only. πŸ‘‡

Tesamorelin Storage Experiment: Initial Testing Is In
The results are starting to come in. For those just joining: there's been a debate in the peptide community about whether research-grade tesamorelin should be stored at room temperature or refrigerated after reconstitution. Instead of arguing theory, I partnered with Freedom Diagnostics to run an actual degradation study. Here's how it works: We took two identical samples of reconstituted tesamorelin. One stays at room temperature. One goes in the fridge. Both get tested once a week for four weeks. Initial baseline results: - Sample 1: 99.24% purity - Sample 2: 99.25% purity Essentially identical starting points β€” exactly what we need for a fair comparison. I've attached the original COA so you can see the data for yourself. Over the next four weeks, we'll track whether purity holds, drops, or differs between the two storage methods. No speculation. Just numbers. Big shoutout to Ion Peptides for providing the samples for this study. I'll post updates each week as new results come in. Appreciate everyone following along β€” this is how we get real answers.
