Pre-nationals competition
This weekend I've had an important competition which is like a warm-up for the nationals.In the morning session I had great results,both PBs: 50 back: 31.23 200 IM : 2:27:08 But sadly in the afternoon I fell ony knee and my leg really hurt in the IM but I managed to swim the 50 back in 31.50 which is still really good. Next day I had 100 back (1:07:77) and 400 free (4:35:00) wich are both amazing times considering the injury . It could be a lot worse,Im thankful that I didnt tear up my muscles in the IM(in breastroke i was fighting to not get injured,i was in pain),but if this didnt happen it would of been a competition full of PBs.Im sure the short course nationals will have amazing results
