I want to try out some beta clients just to get the hang of things, but I have no idea what to put in a session. Any advice of what you all do would be amazing. Should I book a session with a coach just to see how they do things and how a first session works for others? Looking for any and all ideas. Thank you guys again.

Hey guys, extremely happy to be here. My name is Blake, I'm a 38 year old single dad that has been a nurse for 8 years. The burnout is starting to become real and I just don't feel like I'm helping people bedside like I want. It feels like just giving medications and sending home to come back. I've been thinking about nurse coaching for a while now and want to jump into it. Hoping it will help me love my profession again, while also allowing me to be there for my kids more often.

As someone who is just brand newly getting started, I would love some advice from coaches that have been killing it out there. 1. What was the first thing you did to get going? 2. What were your biggest hurdles to getting started? 3. How did you come up with a good plan for clients? 4. Is it better to specialize into one niche? 5. Anything other advice you have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all.
