Hi - my member was having difficulty with initial step of creating his profile (he's 83 yrs old and isn't very tech oriented). I wanted to help him by signing him up myself, so I removed him from the group, but now that I'm trying to sign him up, the system is blocking me because the email already exists. I tried to re-activate his profile under 'Churned', but that doesn't appear to be an option. Any advice? Thanks in advance @Sid Sahasrabuddhe

Hi - I have 2 questions and don't know where else to ask them....#1 I can't seem to delete a calendar event that I created. The settings icon within the calendar tab doesn't show a 'delete' option for the event. And, #2 where can I view my invoices? I haven't received any email for the past 2 months, but have been paying with my card on file. Thanks in advance for any help!

Hi, Question: Is there a way to see the student module completion rate e.g. Student A has done 20% of Week 1, Student B has done 100% of Week 1 etc. so we can hold them more accountable? In the metrics tab for my Skool group, I can only see a graph showing the activity of students in the group, who is active, who is not, when they are online etc. Thanks 😀
