By the end of the year I should have shed at least another 70 underperforming listings which all just broken even this month. If you have listings that are just breaking even in your HIGH SEASON then it is time to cut the cord and move everything elsewhere that is more profitable.

@Humza Zafar wondering about how you go about out of state deals. I doubt you fly in just to tour a place, then sign the deal, then go back to furnish. Or do you? If not, do you just settle on asking the property manager for a video walkthrough and pics?
