Keep in mind I am still working on letting go of underperforming listings and cutting costs/overhead every month. By the end of the year I should have shed at least another 70 underperforming listings which all just broken even this month. If you have listings that are just breaking even in your HIGH SEASON then it is time to cut the cord and move everything elsewhere that is more profitable.
