Request Send to Contacts Idea - Time Release Communication
I am onboarding a new customer. He has 2,000 existing clients that we want to start to request reviews. (The import limit is 100, so I need to do the import many times. Might consider opening this up more?) My idea is to implement a similar time delay tool as we use in the AI Review Response tool. Where Climbo will time release the review requests to the contacts. This would do a couple things, help reduce the lift on the monthly communication, but more importantly space out the potential review responses helping Google to feel more comfortable that the reviews being received are real and there is no funny business. I experienced a Google Freeze on my customer account due to multiple email reviews coming in that were real, but it broke a Google rule. I had to go through and appeal process that wasn't fun. Ultimately, the account was released. Whew. That is my idea.

Choose a "favorite" when multiple locations in same customer account
When a customer has multiple locations in the same account, would it be possible to rearrange the order of their locations? Currently, you have to delete and recreate them to change the display order! This is especially important for the "favorite" location, the one that automatically appears upon login. At the very least, it would be convenient to be able to choose a "favorite" 😉

Emojis inside text emails ✅ while waiting HTML 😉
While waiting to be able to send HTML emails, I decided to insert some emojis 😇 into text emails. I find that the colour adds a bit of cheer, now that it's spring 🌷 (in Europe). I use this https://emojipedia.org/ as a base to add emojis compatible with as many email 📧 management applications as possible. It's a solution compatible with the agency's templates and also with client account requests.

Why does Google delete reviews?
My client has had several reviews deleted. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Carousel widget suggestion – auto-rotation option
Hi! I have a suggestion for the carousel review widgets 😊 It would be really useful to have an option for auto-rotation of reviews, for example every 3 or 5 seconds, plus the ability to enable or disable it manually from settings. This way, each agency/user can decide what fits better for their website: - automatic sliding for a more dynamic look - manual navigation for better control I think this would make the widget more flexible and more appealing on different types of websites. What do you think?
