Nano banana pro via Vertex API
Hey, I wonder if anyone had an issue with using the new nano banana pro via Vertex api? It is added to my project in the google cloud and I can use it ok with Vertex studio but when I reach it out via api it says: "/gemini-3-pro-image-preview` was not found or your project does not have access to it. Please ensure you are using a valid model version. For more information, see: https://cloud.google.com/vertex-ai/generative-ai/docs/learn/model-versions" I also use Veo 3.1 via Vertex API ok and I'm sure the actual API call is set correctly. The reason I use it with google's vertex is because I've been granted $2k in credits and I would rather enjoy that then pay to fal, replicate or wavespeed (which would be easier in terms of the set up).

It looks like Nano Banana Pro is available in Vertex Studio but not fully enabled for API access yet. That’s why the model ID works in the UI but returns a “not found / no access” error via API. Double-check the exact model version in the Model Registry and make sure you're calling it from the correct region, but most likely it’s an access-restriction issue on Google’s side.
What’s one small tweak you made that sped up your content routine this week?
We’re halfway through — what’s one thing you fixed or simplified that made creating easier? Could be a shortcut, batching trick, new habit, or a workflow cleanup.

oh yeah this week i cut a ton of time by batching all visuals in one go instead of juggling them per post, then dropping them into drafts at once. also started using outgrow templates for interactive pieces so i don’t have to reinvent layouts every time. even little stuff like naming files consistently and keeping a tiny swipe folder saved me 30–40 minutes a day. small tweaks like this add up fast and make content creation feel way less chaotic.
Automating YouTube Video Uploads + Analytics
Creating content isn’t easy. Especially when you’re supposed to be running a business. Or spending time with your family. But, it’s become this necessary evil. I started creating on LinkedIn with 1 text post a day. That was hard at the time. Now I can produce 100 pieces/week without a lot of trouble. Doing the Gary Vee thing, you know, taking one piece and finding ways to repurpose it. How I got here is really by accident. Once I started with video and a podcast, I started developing technology to help me streamline the process. I wasn’t generating enough money from the content to justify hiring a big team. So I started having fun just nerding out on the process of making it easier. Using technology and automation to streamline the process. And all while making sure I was also facilitating good marketing practices at the same time. I wanted the content to produce business results, not just mindlessly pump out content. It was like a puzzle, how can I maximize output, do it the right way, do it faster, cheaper, and have it produce cash flow? So I kept tinkering, developing, and starting over. And now I’ve built something pretty unique. One of the most simple improvements I made along the way was to organize, facilitate team workflow and auto-upload video. I’ve been trying to find simple ways to help others, so I just dropped a YouTube video that explains the entire process. How to use automation to: ✅ Create folders ✅ Organize the files ✅ Upload the videos ✅ Get the analytics There's a free course in this community to help too, just requires a little community participation and helping others out too. I even give away the Airtable database, Zaps etc I hope it’s useful on your content journey. Enjoy the video. Watch the full video —> https://youtu.be/OU1D4eLmRdo

love how you framed this, feels like every creator who had to hack workflow before hiring help. automating folders, uploads, and pulling analytics is the real multiplier because it frees your brain for the part that actually drives business, not admin fatigue. i did something similar with a tiny airtable plus zap loop and it cut my weekly editing chaos from two hours to twenty minutes.
What’s one part of your content routine you want to smooth out this week?
We all have a part of our workflow that slows us down. What’s one thing you want to clean up or make easier this week? Could be outlining, editing, posting, scheduling — anything. Share the part you’re focusing on.

this question hits because most of us already know the one spot in our workflow that slows everything down. the trick is to choose that one friction point and clean it up this week, and i saw a teammate cut twenty minutes per post just by sticking to a simple outline every time. even small tweaks like batching captions for fifteen minutes can smooth the whole routine.
⚠️ They’re Shifting Your Beliefs (and You Don’t Even Realize It)
Ever notice how certain “big names” online trash high-ticket coaching? Then 5 minutes later… they pitch you their $49 course? Yeah. That’s not an accident. That’s belief-shifting and it’s how they get you to play their game instead of yours. Here’s how it works: 1. They already have massive audiences. 2. That audience already trusts them, so when they say: “High-ticket doesn’t work anymore” …their followers believe it instantly. 3.They sell you on the model that works for them (low-ticket)… Why this is dangerous: If you’ve got 12 followers and you try to copy a 2M-subscriber creator’s low-ticket strategy, you’re done before you start. Low-ticket needs high volume. High volume needs massive reach. You don’t have that yet. But because you listened to 5 different “gurus” saying 5 different things, you lose clarity. That’s information overload and it kills your ability to take action. The solution? Only listen to a tiny number of people you trust 101%. Stop letting random content dictate your business model. And remember: Big creators can win with low-ticket because they’re famous. You can win faster with high-ticket because you’re small. If you want my breakdown on exactly how to build a content + trust ecosystem that works with no audience… Comment SCALE and I’ll send you the doc. The less noise you let in, the faster you grow.🫡 https://www.loom.com/share/ffa10c83a18f436a8d1ff5f32e70ed2b?sid=a31d7160-65ca-4b2b-b447-3eec61750a44

Totally agree with this. Big creators can push low-ticket because they already have massive reach. But smaller creators trying to copy them just end up overwhelmed and stuck. The real problem is listening to too many voices at once. Focus on a few people you trust and build a model that fits your stage.
