Hi Sterling! I want to order through your link so you get credit for the Amazon sale… Do you have a list of links and products from Amazon for your affiliate links? Hope that makes sense! I was kicking myself Saturday because I actually could have attended and set a notification on my phone but I didn’t see it or remember until it was over! Argh! Also, it’s been a while since I’ve done the intense p.c. Protocol. Does anyone know off the top of your heads what it is? I’m thinking it’s 7 caps daily for 8 days. If I find it before y’all answer I will post in comments. Thanks for all of your work! Beth

@Sterling Cooley Thanks for responding! So, I’m having trouble finding the Solar brand of Phosphatidyl choline. Is there another brand you like? Where can I find that protocol, if you have a minute… I know you’re super busy! My daughter needs to rebuild her myelin sheath (?) and I seem to remember that the protocol is good for that too. She tried the US but it sent a buzzing through her vagus nerve. She said she could feel her whole VN with electric pain through her body, which was interesting but not fun! It was like it was on a raw nerve. I have leaky gut so I wanted to also do it again. She is already taking daily the choline/inositol.

Well took a tumble…a little embarrassed yet mostly pissed and scratched up. Rolled my ankle. Can the ultrasound help?

@Heather Belcher Heather, I’ve only recently been making myself walk with head up, shoulders back… enjoying the walk with my daughter’s dog. But then I think if she crosses in front of me or maybe I’ll stumble so I start looking down again. Sorry you fell!

Castor oil in nostrils
I was poking around Reddit because I get inflamed gums (despite OCD oral care) and found this….ChatGPT mentions the vagus nerve. Any one familiar?

I'm having a hard time healing from an infection/reaction to a temporary crown on my last molar (even though I already had a crown). I now have my permanent crown and I've been taking Oil of Oregano 2x daily and putting the US on my jaw and the red light recommended by Sterling years ago. The redness is going down but I will try that also!
