Countdown to FROM MEMORY TO MEMOIR
The client isn't difficult, and you shouldn't just "work harder"
Your client didn't follow through. Again. Most coaches reach for one of two explanations: The client is resistant. Or I need to coach harder. So we coach harder: Daily check-in messages. Tracking sheets. A more passionate pep talk. But when you stop chasing, the client stops moving. In effect, you're renting out your own prefrontal cortex, the part of the brain that does the self-control, because theirs isn't getting the job done. It costs you both in time and energy. Your client starts acting to avoid the discomfort of your next message. Push hard enough and they stop replying altogether. And you end up burning out from all the extra work you're taking on. Here's a quick check for your own practice: If you went silent for two weeks, which of your clients would keep moving? The ones who wouldn't aren't lazy. Their environment is sabotaging them, and you are the only thing holding it back. Finding what that something is, is what Why Clients Don't Do the Work is about.
The client isn't difficult, and you shouldn't just "work harder"

@Des Cooke Already got it!
One Memory. One Finished Scene.
Do you have a story sitting in a kitchen drawer? A letter. A photo. A day you can still smell. You keep meaning to write it down, and then the week happens. Come sit with me Wednesday, October 21 for From Memory to Memoir at 1:00 P.M. CST. We will take one memory and finish one scene. Not a whole book. Not a pretty draft. Just the part that has been waiting. Here is the map I use when a child says they have nothing to write: beginning, middle, end, on slip of paper. Then we leave the map and write the part that itches - that speaks to you. One detail you can see, hear, or smell. Spelling is not the story. Correct grammar is not the story. The story is the thing that made you sit down in the first place. If that sounds helpful, the hour is free. Wednesday, October 21, at 1:00 PM Central. Inside Joan Raymond’s room, A Heart for Writing. The Literacy Lounge is hosting me there. Bring a memory, a notebook or the notes app, and a cup of your favorite beverage. If you only listen, that counts too. You do not need to share. A yes is enough. A Heart for Writing: A Heart For Writing The Literacy Lounge: The Literacy Lounge What memory has been waiting?
One Memory.  One Finished Scene.

@Des Dreckett Thanks - You've got to keep it narrow and focused - otherwise it's too overwhelming.

@Liz Lemarchand Thanks!
It was built for your best day, and you don't live on your best days only.
Here's what happens to most self-love practices. You start one, it works for a while, then you have a bad week. The practice stops. You feel like you failed, and the tools go back in the drawer. The practice didn't fail. It was built for your best day, and you don't live on your best days only. The Low Tide Membership teaches this: every self-love practice has a full version (High Tide), a scaled-down version (Ebbing Tide), and a minimum version (Low Tide) you can do on your worst day. All planned in advance. So a missed day stays a missed day. You don't have to start over or give up. Just return. What does this look like? 🌙 Example: Stretching. High Tide: a ten-minute routine. Ebbing Tide: three gentle stretches in bed. Low Tide: one slow stretch, arms overhead. 🌙 Example: Journaling. High Tide: a full page. Ebbing Tide: three bullet points. Low Tide: one word. 🌙 Example: Meditation. High Tide: 15 minutes. Ebbing Tide: 5 minutes. Low Tide: a hand over your heart, 3 deep breaths. Inside the membership: - The full course — 7 self-paced modules, each with a workbook & video - 100 practices sorted by energy level - A new training every month - Two live coaching calls with me a month It's $47 a month and lives in my community, Sacred Self Sanctuary. Join and choose Premium or VIP to get access to the Low Tide Membership. VIP adds one on one support. A missed day never has to mean starting over or giving up. This is the practice built to hold. https://www.skool.com/sacred-self-sanctuary-1128/about

@Heather Wilson GREAT question
📸 Is Your Profile Photo Representing Who You Are TODAY?
You've grown. You've learned. You've built something amazing. But is your profile photo keeping up with you? Your profile photo is often the first impression people have of you before they ever read your bio, visit your community, or discover what you offer. Your photo might be showing the person you were years ago instead of the confident professional you are today! You don't need to book a studio, drive anywhere, or spend hours in front of a camera! With my LIVE Remote Headshot Sessions, all you need is: 📱 Your smartphone ☀️ Natural light, indoors or outdoors ✨ A hands-free stand I guide your lighting, posing, and expressions, and personally capture your photos LIVE. No selfies! 🎬 Watch this little video featuring some of my wonderful clients! 30 minutes or less. Same-day delivery. All from the comfort of your own home! 📸 Your next chapter deserves a photo that represents YOU today! 🔗 https://calendly.com/photographybycristal-la/new-meeting-1

This is a great idea! And definitely needed by so many in here ..... I was fortunate my cousin is a professional photographer and just took a ton of pictures of me right before I got into this. But I've got you down for later on, when they need updating .....
