Tools don't fix a self-love practice.
Tools don't fix a self-love practice. What usually breaks it is that your energy drops, the practice wobbles, and no one is there to help you adjust. That's what Low Tide is for and you can find it in the Premium and VIP tiers of my community. Low Tide ($47/month) - The full Low Tide course: 7 modules, each with a workbook & video - My list of 100 practices, sorted by energy level - A new training every month - Two live coaching calls a month Low Tide Inner Circle ($167/month, 7 spots only) - Everything in Low Tide - A monthly 30-minute 1:1 with me - Message me between sessions and I'll answer with a voice note - A seasonal review where we rebuild your tides I limit the Inner Circle to 7 because I give each person real attention. 🌙 https://www.skool.com/sacred-self-sanctuary-1128/about

Self-love is not a destination.
If you’ve ever stared at a blank journal page and felt pressure to write something meaningful, this is for you. When you join my Sacred Self Sanctuary newsletter, you’ll get the Self-Love Companion Pack free. It’s a printable journal of gentle prompts, like “What do I appreciate most about my body?” and “What feels worth celebrating about me today?” It also comes with a printable deck of affirmation cards for the days you’d rather read than write. Answer one sentence or a whole page. Pull a card and stop there. Skip days. Come back later. Self-love is not a destination. It’s a practice you return to over and over again, and this is a soft place to start. ✨ https://www.skool.com/sacred-self-sanctuary-1128/about

Self-love is not a destination.
Once you see it, it's much easier to build something that lasts.
Why does every ritual, routine, and self-love habit you try eventually fall apart? It's not your willpower. There's a reason, and once you see it, it's much easier to build something that lasts. Building a Sustainable Self-Love Practice is a 6-module self-paced course that walks you through it: - Why rituals fail - What makes a practice sustainable - How to find your own ingredients - How to build a minimum viable version for your hardest days - What to do when you break from it - How to grow your practice over time By the end, you'll have a practice designed around your real life, one that bends instead of breaking. How to get it: Join my free community here: https://www.skool.com/sacred-self-sanctuary-1128/about After you join, go to the Classroom tab and you'll find the Building a Sustainable Self-Love Practice course there for $97. 🌙

LIVE: A video of me I didn't record, and how it was made
On Monday, 19 October, I'm showing a video of me that I didn't record. The avatar, the graphics, the zooms and the date bar at the bottom were all made by AI, and I'll show you how I got there. Skool Growth Boost only works if you bring your own traffic first, and it has to convert before Skool will advertise your community. Video is how I'm doing that across my communities, and I need to make far more of it than I can on camera. It's a 30-minute talk followed by 30 minutes of live Q&A. I'll cover what to try first across making, producing, editing and marketing, and where AI video still looks fake. It's not a tutorial; it's what I'm actually planning to do. I'm not planning a replay. Monday 19 October: 8 pm London, 3 pm New York, 12 pm California. For Sydney, it's Tuesday 20 October at 6 am. Add it to your calendar HERE

I want to be there but I have....are you ready for this? ⚖️ JURY DUTY! I don't know how jury duty works where you are but here in the US, it's kind of random. Once you're 18, your eligible. You just get a notice in the mail one day. This will be my 2nd time. Most people go their whole lives without ever being summoned.
You’re Not Failing. You’re Just in a Different Tide.
Some days you have the energy for your full self-love practice. Some days you can only manage a little. And some days it’s all you can do to get through the day. In my Low Tide Method, I call these your tides. High Tide is a day with plenty of energy, when you can do your full self-love practice. Ebbing Tide is a middle day, when you have some energy and a smaller version fits. Low Tide is a hard day, when the kindest thing you can do is the smallest thing that still counts. Most advice treats every day the same. So when your energy shifts, it feels like the problem is you. It isn’t. It’s the tide. A self-love practice is part of taking care of yourself, and it’s about being kind and compassionate to yourself on every kind of day. The free “Which Tide Are You In?” quiz shows you where you are right now and what kind of self-love practice fits you today. A few simple questions, and you’ll know whether you’re in High Tide, Ebbing Tide, or Low Tide. You’ll also get a free Tide Guide in your inbox to come back to, and if you want to start building your own tides, there’s a next step waiting at the end. It takes just a couple of minutes, and there are no wrong answers. 🌊 https://www.sacredfoxstudio.org/take-the-which-tide-quiz

I live with chronic illness, and most self-love advice wasn’t made for my energy. I help midlife women build a practice that holds on hard days. 🌙
