Your Comfort Zone Is Just A Well-Decorated Prison...
Earlier this week I helped my brother in law move in just down the street from us. Unloaded his family's entire life out of a giant u-haul and into their new home. Boxes piled up to the roof and he has 4 days to get it all sorted before his wife and 2 kids make the long trip to their new life. This was no small decision. And as I stood in the living room filled with boxes I got present to the transition, the challenge and how far they were stretching outside of their comfort zone. But why and for what? After talking to my bro in law it's clear that they are choosing for more Alignment, Personal Growth and Community. I've made these kind of big moves a number of times in my life. Some have nearly broke me financially. Others have cost me relationships. but all of them have moved me closer towards the freedom I was searching for. The pattern? Each time, the pain was temporary, but the growth was permanent. They knew it would be messy and uncertain for a period of time and they chose it anyway. They could have stayed where they were, making good money, surrounded by family and friends... totally comfortable... but chose growth and uncertainty instead. Because underneath the giant pro's and cons list... it would require them to become new versions of themselves. And that's the whole point. They can always move back. But the opportunities to Grow and take the risk are fleeting moments that require decision and action. Choosing to create life by your own design is no small choice. It's the most important one we can make. And I'm here for it. Cheering for more and more humans to get after it, take the path less traveled and become the 10.0 version of you required to live life on your terms. Is there any part of your life where you are choosing comfort over the mess of growth right now? Have you considered what version of you is waiting on the other side of that decision? Pumped to have a bro in law down the road just in time for summer. To your evolution,

@Dr. Melissa Partaka ohh that's nice 🙂 Having a few things published is a great achievement. What kind of book are you thinking about writing when the time comes?

@Dr. Melissa Partaka That sounds amazing! Motivational and self-help books can really make an impact. Do you have a specific theme or message in mind for your first one? Also, would you be open to continuing this chat privately? I’d love to dive deeper into your ideas.
Tool Recommendations?
If you had to pick one personalization tool to use for cold outreach — what would it be? Could be video, copy, dynamic images, anything. Trying to upgrade our sequences this month.

What broke coaches don't understand... that my 6 year old daughter does
My daughter was so excited last Saturday. My wife gently let go of the back bar on her bicycle… At first she didn't realize she was doing it, riding on two wheels all by herself. Then she felt it in her bones. Balance! And off she went .. Now she's ripping faster than her friends. Her and I just finished up an 8k bike ride together today. This moment didn't just happen though. This moment was 2 years in the making. 3 Different evolutions of bikes. From strider, to trainer, to 2 wheels with a back bar And countless hours with my wife going on walks. My wife has got some serious patience and really is a remarkable mom. But here's the thing my daughter gets that most broke coaches never do… She was just having fun, learning the basics and happy to be riding a bike at the exact stage of development that she was at. Many of her friends were already ripping on 2 wheels. Did she care? nope. She was playing her own game. She wasn't skipping steps or trying to shortcut the process. And she certainly wasn't comparing herself to kids who were already doing tricks. Just Getting better with time and Acknowledging her progress as she went. Because of that she got to experience that moment when it all clicked… and she discovered "riding a bike" And building an online business is kind of like that. Most broke coaches, consultants and creators try to jump straight to making money without mastering the basics of audience building, offer creation and quality delivery. They're so busy watching others doing "tricks" on instagram that they never develop their own solid foundations. But when you focus on mastering these core elements methodically and enjoy the process… That's when it all clicks… And suddenly you're not pushing uphill anymore. The business starts to flow. So wherever you're at in your journey I hope you're taking moments to acknowledge your progress and enjoying the ride. Posted a quick vid of my girls bike riding last night on IG - Check it out and follow me there if you don't already.

@Dani Rosenblad James That sounds like such a powerful shift! Leaning into your feminine energy and reevaluating your approach must be really empowering. How are you finding the process of redefining your main offer? What’s been the most rewarding part of this reevaluation?
