Hi, For this email setting: Reply Address reply-to address will be added to all the emails Note:Reply conversations cannot be tracked and will not come to conversation thread. does this mean my 'customer replied' by email workflow trigger wont work? thx in adv.

@Abdelwakil Youssefi im trying to add a trigger 'if customer replies' by email to then change the pipeline stage of the contact. but its not working because the reply is going to the customers email. ???

Hi @Dylan Jones the client wanted any replies to go to a shared email box so his team can manage. But that email is not in the GHL system.

Scaling felt impossible… My pipeline continued to stay empty, and my client acquisition system was unpredictable and didn`t bring any leads in. Workflow - question
If i use the trigger > pipeline stage changed> to add the contact to a new workflow. Do they automatically get removed from the last workflow they were in?

@Ayesha Nisar ok so its good practice to use the 'remove from workflows' in your workflows
