🌿 When I walk into the forest, something in me softens. The outer world falls away, and I feel a deeper connection with myself and the earth beneath my feet. There is a sense of spaciousness, clarity, and a wider perspective. My body often understands before my mind does. This hasn’t always come easily. I love this concept @Helen Harris . My health issues are making it impossible to walk into a real forest like I used to do. The peace as quiet from the forest along with sitting by the ocean is some of the things I miss the most. Do you have tools making it possible for me to find back the same peace and quiet that I miss so deeply?

Ever eat something and not taste a single bite?
I used to stand in my kitchen at 3 am , eating family sized ice cream, feeling absolutely nothing. Then feeling everything starting with shame, guilt and ending anger at myself. I'd wake up the next morning promising "today will be different." Spoiler: it never was. Here's what I didn't understand back then: I wasn't failing at willpower. I was trying to solve an emotional problem with a food solution. Stressed? Chips. Lonely? Ice cream. Overwhelmed? Whatever was closest. I tried every diet. Lost weight, gained it back, lost it again. The cycle was exhausting. It was not even the worst part. I thought about food ALL THE TIME. What I should eat, shouldn't eat, already ate. It was like having a second full-time job. Then I realized that my weight issues had nothing to do with food or nutrition. I stopped trying to fix my eating and started understanding WHY I was eating when I wasn't hungry. Turns out, when you deal with the actual problem (the emotions), the food stuff gets easier. Not perfect. Easier. I lost around 50 lbs in 2025. This is first year I don't have to set myself with the goal to lose weight in 2026.b The bigger win was finally having mental space for things other than obsessing over food. Also, I built No Diet Zone. It's a community for people who are exhausted by the same cycle I was stuck in. People who: - Eat when they're not hungry - Know what "healthy eating" looks like but can't seem to stick to it - Think about food constantly - Are tired of hating themselves every time they emotionally eat What I actually do: Help you lose weight AND stop obsessing over food by addressing why you eat when you're not hungry—not just telling you to "eat less." No meal plans. No shame. If that sounds like what you've been looking for, join us. Community is pretty small for now, but the amount of support you will get will be huge

This is a safe and wonderful community to be in. @Mariam Kipiani is so knowledgeable, soft and warm. I feel so safe and I am truly beliving that I can change my feeling and thoughts towards food and see some wonderful improvements on my weight as a positive side effect 🥰
