I thought I would share a progress photo, I hate taking photos of myself and thought I would push myself out of my comfort zone, I was inspired by @Siobhan Keeley for being so brave with her anxiety and @Rachel Littlewood as she always posts cool videos and photos. I never joined the Bigg30 reset with an intention of entering a competition, I haven't taken photos from the start or taken any measurements, I have however met an amazing group of people who have inspired and motivated me. I now take daily supplements, calculate and record all my macros and go to the gym 4 times a week where I note down every exercise and slowly progressively overload and I'm more than happy with that. I have let Jamie know that I fully intend to do the superhero blueprint within the next year and I plan to stay in the Bigg inner circle.
