Happy Sunday everyone. Yesterday i marched and protested in solidarity with women and girls, coming together against male violence against women. It was powerful and I will be attending another March at the end of this month for Women against the Far Right. Today is self care Sunday and since yesterday was physically tiring (my feet and back ache) I have booked myself a Thai Massage. I have one coaching plan I want to write, a new client contract to create and then the rest of the day I will be meditating, reading, stretching, and relaxing. No calls, no coaching, nothing work related, just coming into self harmony and balance. What are you doing for yourself today? How are you filling your cups? Tx
