ANXIETY Dissolution
What if anxiety was simply a lack of trust in the Creator (insert your belief system here 💫) When you shift into certainty- that you are good, no matter what, and that you have ALWAYS been good, no matter what, anxiety dissolves. Instantly. Your energy opens. Solutions become visible. Possibility returns. When we feel anxious, our energy contracts. We react from limited consciousness. We minimise our blessings. We try to control what was never meant to be forced. But when we move from the evidence, the deep knowing that we have always been held, guided, and provided for, our energy expands. And from expansion… life responds. ✨ CERTAINTY BENDS REALITY IN YOUR FAVOUR. In the space of 48 hours, two significant chapters of my life closed. A big WTF is happening moment 🫠 And yet… my inner knowing that everything is unfolding exactly as it should- even when logic says otherwise- has kept me grounded, calm, and expansive in my thinking about what’s next. I’ve had moments of deep belly laughter. Tears of blissful gratitude. A heart expanding with love. Because I know deeply… that God has something so incredible planned for this next season. 🪽 Something better than I could have orchestrated myself. And honestly? I’m excited. Ad The timing… 😮‍💨🤌🏻 This has divine redirection written all over it. Alongside trust, it’s essential to leave room for magic. For grace to move. For life to surprise you. Uncertainty is planting a seed, then digging it up every day to see if it’s growing. When you are uncertain of creation, creation becomes uncertain of you. But when you stop questioning whether something is good or bad, and you know it is good, the universe stops delaying your miracles. Time collapses. Wisdom opens. You become a direct channel for what is meant to move through you. There is no room for doubt as we move into 2026. The future is exciting, beautiful, and it’s already responding to your certainty. ❤️ Like 0

Thank you for sharing your wisdom as always this has landed deeply, I have had my own experience with doors closing and uncertainty this last month. I’ve caught myself leaning into scarcity and fear a few times, however I noticed the pattern and focused on regulating my nervous system, re wiring my beliefs this is happening for me not too me. Trust, surrender & believe 🙌🏻✨💖

15 Min Chinese Chicken - Family FAV!
My daughter asks me to make this literally every week- the best part is, I can throw it together on the spot, even if I am frazzled and unprepared! Perfect for those days where you are wearing too many hats, or you just don't feel like too much prep or cleaning. 15min Chinese Chicken Ingredients: 800 g boneless chicken thighs, sliced 30 ml soy sauce 30 ml oyster sauce or BBQ aminos 30 ml maple or honey (traditionally brown sugar) 30 ml Chinese rice wine 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil 2 cloves garlic, crushed Freshly ground pepper, to taste 3 spring onions, diced Toasted sesame seeds, to garnish. Gevity Mayo optional ⸻ Method: 1. Marinate the Chicken Place the chicken thigh strips into a large bowl. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, maple, wine, sesame oil, garlic and black pepper. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if you can (up to overnight for deeper flavour). 2. Heat a large non-stick or stainless-steel pan over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs. Cook for 5 minutes until the skin is golden and caramelised. 3. Turn the chicken over and pour the remaining marinade into the pan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, turning the chicken once or twice, until fully cooked and tender, spooning sauce over the chicken until glossy and sticky. 5. Serve- Remove from heat. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, spring onion and serve hot. ⸻ Serving Suggestions: • Pair with sautéed greens or a fresh Asian-style slaw • Leftovers are excellent cold or reheated for meal prep
