I had started Upwork few years back as a graphic designer. In the beginning I had closed 3-4 small budget clients but after that I got a bed review from a client. And then everything stops. And that thing realy made to stop working in Upwork. Can anyone help me out, how to get ahead. Few points I things need to be improvements are 1. Profile optimisation 2. Morning: - Woke up at 5:55 AM and left for Fajr Namaz. - Came back, woke up the kids, and made breakfast for them. - Dropped the kids to school at 8:00 AM. - Had my breakfast and watched a video on Rizq by @Haroon Khalil - Took a short nap at 10:30 AM. Afternoon: - Woke up at 1:00 PM to pick the kids from school. - Went for Zohar Namaz at 1:30 PM and came back home. - Had some brunch. - Left for the office at 3:45 PM. Evening: - Reached the office and started optimizing my Upwork profile while watching tutorials for improvement. - At 7:00 PM, called a client for USA leads and successfully closed a deal—Alhamdulillah! Night: - At 9:00 PM, discussed strategies with my designer and digital marketing expert to improve my Upwork profile, skills, and techniques to grab clients. - At 9:55 PM, worked on a logo submission for my first Upwork job (as a sample for the client). - Rest of the day’s updates to follow, In Sha Allah. Reflection: - Productive day with spiritual, family, and professional balance. - Took steps to grow my business and Upwork profile. - Alhamdulillah for small wins and learning opportunities today.

Namaz ka chhodna kabira gunah hai. Aur usko apne daily journal me likhkr aam logo ko share Krna ye to aur bhi buri baat hai. Is amal se sirf aur sirf us amal ki nahusat hi aam hogi. Agar kuch acha natija chahte ho to jhut hi keh do ki "Alhamdulillah aaj sari namaz padhli aur InshaAllah kl fir sari namaz padhunga." 5 Dec 2025 I work in a company where I edit videos for an 8-hour daily shift. But I feel stuck. I need a clear path on how to start freelancing, how to earn money and how to train my mind to start everything calmly. I’m 26 years old, working in digital marketing. My salary is just enough to spend for the month, but not enough for savings. In the past, I worked in a news channel in Lahore as an Associate Producer. Right now, I feel like I’m just a basic editor—nothing more. I do a good job, but the salary is only enough for living expenses, not for growth. After watching Haroon Bhai’s videos, I feel calmer and I believe it’s not too late. Insha’Allah, I will do it. I just need a clear path on where to start. I know this community has very good people, like friends and family. I hope to grow with all of you. I just need guidance on which niche (skill) to pick. I’m confused while writing this, but I truly need guidance about freelancing. I know I am standing at zero, starting from zero, so I want to know: where do I begin? I want to learn skills that make money—domain knowledge, freelancing, content creation, business handling, and management. I need an action plan. I hope everyone understands my message.
