Announcement: We are ready for our 1,000km Cycling Challenge! 🚴🏼‍♀️🚴🏻‍♂️
<<< SPECIAL NOTE to all our 9Mile Marathon Mastery students>>> After months of dedicated training, Bas and I are thrilled to announce that we are embarking on a multi-day cycling adventure through France, heading towards our friends near Lyon. From July 28 to August 6, we will be fully committed to answering all support requests exclusively through WhatsApp. Please reach out to us there for any assistance you may need. Please note that during this time, there will be no Progress Zoom Calls available. However, from August 7 to August 12, we have set aside a limited number of Zoom Call spots for those who prefer a more interactive experience. Please take advantage of this opportunity to connect with us during our journey. To stay updated on our Cycling Challenge, we will be sharing our progress through the 9Mile Marathon Skool Community, our YouTube Channel, and the Facebook User Group. Stuart Boyd one of our 9Mile Marathon Mastery students finished a 59k - 2400m elevation ultra. There is SO much 9Mile specific and super-valuable information hidden in his review! Again many congrats Stuart with this 9Miler textbook result and thank you so much for sharing your experience with us!!

Really love that the course is available in full as the drip format was something I found difficult to structure my time around. So much nicer to be able to learn when time permits. Some of the video links don’t work for Vimeo but perhaps they are not all available yet.

I checked the ones that I remembered not working and they now work with no issues. I am now going through the material a second time so if I see any links are not working I’ll make a note of them and let you know. Thanks Baz!
Hello everyone
I am a hobby artist and runner. Currently working on finishing the big six marathons (Berlin 2023 is next) and enjoying the summer here in Canada. I have completed 23 marathons but have not really found that I am getting fitter over the years. Every year I am slower and carry more fat on my body then the years before. I know I need to take the time to work on my strength and I think this program will give that to me!

Thanks Baz, I am almost at the nutrition section. I am familiar with the ESS idea but haven’t been following the principles as I keep getting off track listening to other sources. Need to stop overthinking it and just do it!
