Have been "waiting" to start as due to a bit of Mother looking after has taken priority, I started today ! We can all just pushing it back till a better time cant we. I have been following the morning video on You Tube so I can be ok with myself on that 🙃 Step be step I be going.

Well sadly I will need to do a re set in next couple of days as I tweaked my back so movement is not good. But I will be back!!

Hello !
Hi I am joining in from a little Island at the bottom of the UK, the Isle of Wight. I used to do Tai Chi many years back and been called back. Looked at many on line teachers etc, but when I found here it was like coming home. Looking forward to settling in here in the mornings soon! 🙏

A few health challenge's in the background with my 93 year old mother, but will be settling in here in the mornings soon! 🙏
