Hej fellow Dolphins, Another week, another chance to nail your breath holds. If you have taken a break or have yet to start, listen up! We made some exciting changes to the Classroom😮 Now you can unlock goodies for every level (including a new mini protocol - Breath Hold Booster - to get even more energy and oomph out of your holds). @Oleg Kashin Is there a systematic procedure for alternating O2 and CO2 training. I saw one of the famous free divers, Mr 10 minutes, saying that O2 training was better than CO2. But I don’t know how to do this in a systematic way, other than buying his course.

@Oleg Kashin That's cool. Never tried it in the pool. Hopefully one day, and with an instructor or someone to follow up. I think the bliss during the prolonged flow easily can lead to some problems without experience or instructor.

Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Diving on land to day. 4 rounds each dive planned to max 2:30. Preps was 10+3 breathing, and tried to fill lungs only to 80-85%. Felt really easy the first 1:30 all the times. Last minute, however, the convulsions came increasingly harder.

@Denis Blanchard Focusing on a childhood memory helped me. I tried to visualise everything, the smell, temperatur in the air, movements, etc. And of course, keeping that smile.

Todays breahthold with s twist: 10+3 victory breaths between all sets. 2:48 3:00 2:54 And the last one was breathhold on exhale 1:46
